Watched Tesis Friday night, Spanish movie about a couple college students researching a snuff film they find. Pretty decent watch, although it was more of a whodunnit. It did a good job of keeping you guessing who was the culprit, as soon as you were convinced it was one person they'd flip you into suspecting someone else. Entertaining.
Watched Sinister last night. I thought it was pretty good. I wasn't expecting much after all the negative reviews, so maybe that's why it exceeded my expectations. Some of the 8mm films were pretty sweet (dat lawnmower!) and there was some good tension. Could have developed the antagonist a bit more before ending. Overall I was entertained, so it was a win for the evening.PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

hey it's been a while since ive been here haha. But i got to see Dark Skies the other night and i have to say i quiet liked it. I have a thing where aliens creep me the F out. So the whole movie i was basically pissing myself. Had some good scares and a descent story line with a slight twist IMO. I really did also enjoy how they dont show the aliens up close.

I really like High Tension. It's a pretty good French flick.

For my foreign horror enthusiasts if you haven't checked out Shiver I'd recommend it.

Guys, I was wondering if you could help me name a horror movie. I'm pretty sure it was a horror movie anyway. Okay so when I was little there was this guy who came around once a week and let us rent movies/games out of his car. I seen this one cover. I vaguely remember it was mostly black and i think there was a guys face being squished in an elevator door. That had a green tint iirc. I know it's vague but does anyone know what I'm talking about ??? Il check back after class. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.
edit I frogot the time frame. This was around the late 90s. 97-99. maybe 2000. Not past 2000 though, I know that for a fact.I have CF(genetic disease) hence my super small size.

Finally watched Sinister yesterday. It was ok, had some cheap scares but gave me a creepy feeling overall, I love found footage flicks usually.
7/10
***SPOILERS***
The things that ruined the movie IMO:
-That the films came alive, such as Bughuul (on a laptop) looking at Ellison when he was in his office and the other missing children looking at the daughter after killing the Oswalts.
-The ending when they had to have Bughuul's face flash in front of the camera to give one last cheap scare.

isn't that the best?
I used to wonder so hard what show I watched with Hulk when I was little... I was wodnerign when I was like 17 and the internet wasn't useful enough yet... finally figured out there was a Hulk/Spiderman action hour in 1982 that I used to like...
I don't see my reps tho... that was some masterful sht... You said Face in elevator, green tint... and I had to go back to my VHS days...
