Yarp. My Avi is 223 night weight but I mean.. It looks aight in bathroom lighting flexing lol but if I was just chilling by the pool. Soft as fuk cuz.
Also think I will do a 6 week pure hypertrophy cycle like I was saying. Gonna do a lot of front squats and sumo deads too. Hopefully that'll translate when I come back to my regular routine.SCC - Redskins - Wizards

srs question pls rspond
What are everyone's thoughts on Martin Berkhan's (LeanGains) low volume, high intensity RPT training?
E.g.:
Spoiler!MFW cheeks are sunken in a bit and jawline is razor sharp. So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

I know it's a low volume program, but I do high intensity with more volume 6-7 days a week. I don't see that being really beneficial

I don't know what the point of low volume is, honestly. I'd guess it's powerlifting oriented, but I know nothing about powerlifting so I can't say anything about it. I like working out because I find it fun, so I would rather do high volume training 6-7 days a week and enjoy the hobby as much as I can; I wouldn't really be happy only lifting 3 days a week with 10 sets per workout.
Granted, for results, I can lift 7 days a week and still have proper recovery, but I'd still be doing the same thing and working up a pump every day even as natural just for fun

I follow a more powerlifting based program and still train more than 3 days a week. I might have a high rep/low rep day, but intensity is always there

doesn't make much sense to me then tbh, I think training should be fun, and what's enjoyable for me, anyways, is doing 30 set workouts and training that pump hnnnnnngh then flexing and posing in the mirror glazed in sweat no homo
i'm weak as **** but my 5x12 sets are pretty good lul

I like the aspect of less sets but going balls to the wall...I usually do 1 straight set for as many clean reps as possible then my second is when I take it far beyond failure (usually 1 or 2 rest pause thena a drop set)
BoB is on the plan thoguh and from what I remember was making strength gains almost weekly
