Wanted to but I spent the evening constructing the dumbbell rack and then the adjustable bench. I got both put together but the adjustable bench needs a larger socket than I have. After work, I will have to stop by a tool shop and get the appropriate size socket to tighten up the bench. Sucks when that **** happens. You look forward to using it and then have to wait.

Between prepping some food, spring cleaning, and finishing up putting together the dumbbell rack and adjustable bench...it got late fast. Took three capsules of ErgoZZZ's before bed. Got to bed a little later then I would have liked but had a solid night of sleep with strong dreams. Some reason, I dreamed I was back competing in track in high school. Makes no sense whatsoever. ZMA pushed off my bathroom break until the morning. This is a solid, inexpensive sleep stack.

I use it to take a break from the demands resistance training puts on one's body. You are using only your bodyweight and building strength-endurance while also working on flexibility. It provides good variety to my training.
The diet plan is really good for the obese person. If you go gluten-free, you will drop weight. I did it for a while put struggled too much trying to keep my bodyweight up.

Three capsules of ErgoZZZ were taken before bed. My wife was tired so turned off the TV completely at around 11pm. What a blessing! I would actually be going to bed at 10:30pm if I could though. Feel asleep very quickly with the TV being off and had strong dreams again last night. Did have to get up for a bathroom break at around 4am. That is still a two hour delay if I was not using ErgoZZZ. The groggy feeling has left me and I have had a couple nights of pretty good sleep by my standards.

Great updates, I do yoga on occasion as well when my body demands it.
I sometimes get knots in my muscles that massage (even deep tissue) can't get out and I'll go perform some hot yoga in the 105 degree room for an hour and when I get out, I'm a new man.self-proclaimed huguenot

It was nice to have some variety in training from the Bodylastics resistance bands. Neuromuscular coordination takes a bit of a hit when you go from various resisted pushups to dumbbell work. Took three capsules of ErgoZZZ before bed. I was feeling a bit tired before taking the ErgoZZZ so I would have fallen asleep almost instantly if my wife did not keep talking last night. When she stopped, I feel asleep shortly after. Very strong dreams but had to make a bathroom stop at 3:30am. Took me a while to fall back asleep after that so I woke up a bit groggy in the morning. Chest has some DOMS from the more isolated work dumbbells provide over bodyweight+band training.

I took three capsules of ErogZZZ before heading to bed. Wife was watching TV and actually caught my interest with a old UFC fight between Hendricks and Conduit (spellings) on cable. After that I had her put on the headphones while she watched GSP vs. Diaz. Passed out quickly after the TV volume was turned off. Seem to now have a pattern of waking up around 4am to make a bathroom visit. Did not wake up as groggy this morning. Another forum member asked me to try just one capsule and see what happens. That is the dose I will be using on Friday night.
