Well, to describe the wafer.. You go in fasted (turns out, Catholics invented IF) so you are already hungry. You break the fast with a chip that looks like it may have some substance, but turns out to be primarily composed of air and have about as much taste. It dissolves in your mouth almost instantly. If not, the cheap red wine will surely dissolve it into nothing-ness. you are then left with sour breath until mass is over and you can go and grab a doughnut and coffee and chat with the nuns about the local brewery and the other little old ladies and men who are making comments about your complexion and your weight and think they can say anything because they are old.
So, thats what the wafer tastes likeWhat's Spicy Training For?? LIFE MOTHER F-ER!

I mix one tablespoon of sugar free strawberry jam with one cup of cottage cheese or greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is a little sour for me.
I also use blended cottage cheese for Mac n Cheese. Just macaroni, one cup blended cottage cheese, and cheese packet.
Blending cottage cheese is a little bit of a hassle, so I just blend an entire tub and freeze portions for later use.

Hmm, Doritos and Cottage cheese are a favorite. Use the CC as a dip. It's usually my nightly snack. But if I have it on a Friday night...I now I've essentially given up that there will be any fun to had on that night.

Layne Norton: I've never added more than 12 lbs of muscle in a year and most years it was closer to 5 or less. But when you maintain that for over 10 years and you don't miss workouts, it's amazing what can happen

Sorry to rain on your parade. The reason why the nutrition section is so hostile, is due to fact we are mostly cutting. We all know that long periods of dieting creates imabalances in hormones right to brain function such as Serotonin. As people lose weight, it's a survival mechanism and people become more hostile, just like animals.
That's why alot of people get prescribed Anit-depressants when people have been dieting for an extended period of time.

CC and Yogurt and Granola!
I gotta agree with a couple of posters:
I never cared for the consistency or the taste of CC but I was aware of its excellent nutritional profile.
But for the longest time I avoided it like the plague.....
That is...until a friend told me to mix the CC with blueberry yogurt and throw in some granola.
What a difference!
1/2 cup CC
1/4 of blueberry ygrt (low sugar for me)
handful of granola (the crunch is excellent)
Great snack as any time of the day and even better as a pre-workout energy booster.
For some reason (at least for me) the blueberry yogurt works very well to make the CC very smooth...not to mention palatable.
I also mix it into my scrambled eggs/omelette; I just toss a couple of tablespoons straight into the pan right along with the eggs and it cooks right up!
Just my .02....hope this helps out the OP.
