Will get one up soon brah!
Thanks for all the kind comments bros. Keep putting in work, but be smart about your training too. no point doing the same **** day in day out if it's getting you NOWHERE. If you're truly commited to a better physique, do it smart and check your ego.My transformation: 7 months :)

Elbows as far BACK as possible??? I thought you were meant to 'tuck' your elbows slightly forward to take stress of your shoulders and avoid injury.
Could be wrong though. A lot probably comes down to weight you can handle, but anything past parallel just looks like a shoulder op waiting to happen.
So far I know 3 guys who pull their elbows right back on shoulder press all 3 have serious shoulder issues. Could just be coincidence.
Just my 2c. There's a heap of things that can work. It's obviously works for you, looking super juicy bro!
I found my delts blew up when I hit them with high intensity and volume.

Lol. Bah no matter how long you've been lifting exactly, you're not natty. That picture that was posted on page two is WAY too much of adifference from your beginning picture in the OP to be achievable in 7 months natty. I'm not denying your hard work, no matter if you're natty or not your physique is very impressive kudos on getting this far, but don't be a bitch and CLAIM natty

The before and after in that pic are 3 years apart, not 7 months. The 7 month picture was posted later by someone else (the one of me doing a most muscular).
Not here to try and change what you think, that's up to you, just giving you the facts. 3 years of consistent training and dieting can do wonders, and 230 is not exactly unheard of at 6'4. Good day, sir.My transformation: 7 months :)

It's never caused me any stress to be honest, feels quite nice. I feel it a lot on my elbows if I tuck them a little forward like you said. A lot of people do behind the neck presses to force their elbows back, but I don't recommend that sh!t, seems too dangerous with a bar over your neck.

My shoulders respond extremely well to high volume, rather than heavy lifting, from what I have found. Try things for yourself rather than following the norm bro, we're all wired differently :-)
Off to murder back, I've had a few guys PM me with queries which is cool as I'm always happy to help. Feel free to post them in here too as it's easier to answer a question once so everyone can see the response. Cheers! My transformation: 7 months :)

That's exactly what i'm saying. That transformation is nowhere close to possible natty in that timeframe. Not only that, but you claim you went from lacking shoulders to what they are in the OP which would be very surprising with your current build. Not not mention you have very prominent traps and delts which are both obvious signs of teching...anyways not gonna argue with you anymore but stop being a pussy and try to covince people that just KNOW you teched
