Pretty good, visually. Haven't weighted myself yet tho, but not really interested in the weight either.
Its kinda funny, the more I cut the more I realize there is left to cut. Probably higher BF than I though in the beginning as well. At least 7 more weeks cutting tho, so all good.**EX YU Mafia**

LOL...ya the music at my gym is whack that's why I usually wear earphones. Hey I once nailed a PR on front squats and Madonna's "Borderline" was playing in the background! Beat that! hahaha!
No hit on fed people...just wanted to point out there are many ways to achieve results!

About 9 times out of 10 halfway through my back and leg workouts I get some serious hunger pangs (yes even on 5000 calories per day)...I just use that as a cue to work even harder. Gives me more intensity, drive, and focus.BRAINS & GAINS
