Would like to thank everyone in past 2 pages of this thread. Was thinking about calling it a night after my homework. Stresses of school and so called "friends" been gettin to me recently, you know the time whens nothing going right. In fact even after you guys worked me up to go to gym I came to realize i left my gym bag with gym shoes, clothes, even some school work in a car of a buddies that lives hours away. Tossed my old converses in a bag I had layin around and went to the gym anyways. Pushed out extra reps in every single set I did today, I seriously dont know what non lifters do when they're stressed out, theres no release quite like lifting (srs) Dont know how i could deal with life in general without it. Wish I could rep you all

The greatest thing is, in the scheme of things, Arnie didnt have to do that. But on the other hand, it took only a few seconds out of his time. I can imagine that this was the greatest feeling the guy felt though. Arnie made him a star. Probably his idol, made him feel like he was great, when all day, everyday, people just give him weird stares.

im trying to get some "testimonials" to put in it so if anyone is willing to send me a video of your self with anything motivational, some advice, a quote, a story, what pushes/ motivates you, why you started, how you feel, or even just saying "hi my name is __ and healthier is happier or and i work out because.."

It can be as long as you want or as short as you want and i realize some people hate being on camera so even a voice recording would be cool.

I know a lot of people come here to get motivated and a lot of you have made great progress and might not think you would be motivational but trust me you are.

Im working on getting some footage from some bodybuilding "celebs" that is more intimate and personal but we will see how that goes.
