Weds will be deadlift day since I took sunday off because of the SB, so then I will be doing my bench workout on thurs (275 x 8 x 2). Going to be rough but I will get through it! Feels really awesome to do dips again. Going to try and get my dip back to the old golden days of 4 plus plates.

Skipped the rest of the accessory lol. GM's just dont feel the best on my knee right now so I am skipping them. And I am going to do the back work on friday when I do shoulders. Deadlifts felt decent, trying to work on form. I need to get more videos, hopefully really soon.

Bench felt pretty damn good today for once. 275 was strong. I think I have finally moved into the "I can rep 275 x 10" crew. Incline bench sucked assssss though. I farrrrkin hate it, and the 8 reps was difficult both sets.
May or may not be taking tomorrow off. It is my friends bday and we are going out when I get off work so if its not tomorrow then I will be doing the shoulders workout on Saturday.

Solid work man. Can't wait to the see the final result of your C/P cycle, as I'm probably gonna run it at some point. Definitely interested to see how your shoulders hold up doin it.
Besides Arian and Izzy, who else could you possibly need?!?

Was pretty exhausted after 12 hrs at work, but I had to force this workout in. OHP was tougher then it needed to be, but exhaustion and no PreWorkout played into account. Shoulders were really sore before started the workout as well, no idea why.
I will start filming some workouts again next week. Got 475 x 2 on deads this week, and some heavier bench. Looking forward to it. Light bench workout on monday.

My calves and ankles ****ing shake liek crazy now on the deadlift, no ****ing idea why. But it was surprisngly easy, which makes me happy. Had to do this at a commercial gym with a **** bar as well. Speed pulls werent the quickest, and now my lower back is soreeeeeeeeeee as balls.
tomorrow is bench, 285 x 5 x 2. Should be easy.

Glad to hear the pulls are easy. I'm running CP as the dead portion if sheiko 29. Did first day of it tues and wasn't bad but nowhere close to pr territory. What is your cal intake like?
