Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Trawling Craigslist to see if I can find (near me) a good leg press for sale... not a good replacement for squats I know but they will be better for preventing a recurring hernia...
Man... all the stuff I want to set up; planning on maybe 2 rooms for exercising; one cardio since I already have a spin bike and treadmill, and want a punching bag. The other weights only, have my rack and bench with weights set so adding a leg press would be nice.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Think genes play the biggest role for ab aesthetics and of course bf% and resistance to them
I see bros that never stepped foot in a gym or don't exercise them with killer abs

cable crunches
ab wheel (if you have the big wheel and not the ghetto tiny one)
palloff press
Just treat abs like any muscle. Focus on progressive overload and adequate volume. Even if you're not genetically predisposed to having a 6 pac, they will still look nicer with muscle built than not.ig: @monkaycrak

Abs? All about dem air bikes.
Mine poked through when I was doing nothing but sit-ups, side ups and leg raises. Though I dropped a ton of weight too, so imagine it was more the latter. Found more growth through compound lifts than isolation.

I could be convinced. I also like how athletes look just as good as Instagram fitness sl00ts, but they have a totally different attitude and don't push that stupid fitness = life at every step.

she's hawt, but not the hottest; like ryker said, no banana no care
i don't know if they will, but would hip belt squats be beneficial at all? you have the space now to set it up.
there's a man who's determined to deadlift, no matter what
speaking of which, i went and picked these up this morning
Spoiler!
and if i'm lucky, i'll be able to sell one and pay for both. the trick now is to find out if i can do a glute ham raise (at all) but also if i can manage to do it without knocking my head against my ceiling.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

Never had a California burrito until today - basically just a burrito if your choice stuffed with French Fries.
It was surprisingly fantastic. That will be a new favorite.Snapchat/Instagram: Mimsthe3rd

Das it mane, I always say I'll add some ab work to my routine but never get around to it. I do dragon flags every now and then, but not very often.
The shape/size is definitely genetic. But the growth, I don't think is.
I have the stupid little top things that josef rakich has.
Feels.
TFW will never be able to change shape, but maybe I can make them a bit bigger
Toph was a legit character.
I always dug Zuko a lot more, however.
And Guts is one of the most badass characters in all of anime:
You're always spot on with advice, my friend
Also, new avi looks phenominal. GJDM!
^If you still watch anime, I'm going to have to send you some.
Because DBZ and TLOK and Last Airbender are solid shows, but you must go DEEPAH. Let me know if you're down for some anime curated by one of the largest anime snobs on the forum.
