Recently started an independent training business and trying to get some more likes on the FB page. Don't even have to be active or post on it. Just like it. If you have comments/suggestions on what could make it more interesting, or what would draw you to be active on a page, please feel free to share. Keep in mind I have clientele from 20-65, and with my new place I am not training anyone for bodybuilding so things may seem a bit "different."

Well I didn't push it. 225 was close.
It might have been 245 ish.
Considering my training length/history, that's actually really impressive. Especially coming from not working out.
I don't look un-natty, but that's un-natty to be benching that with like.. a combined total of 2-2.5 months of solid lifting in a gym.
Serp's been lifting for like 2-3 years and I think his max is the same, LOL. Then again I'm just genetically stronger in that region. His legs kill mine. Probably his deadlift too. Basically everything but arms.

That's not that crazy I don't think. I've never benched before, but I could do one arm pushups @ 200 lb within 3 months of really starting to train serious, was dipping BW+70 @ 200 as my working weight within 7 months. 1.25-1.5x BW is where the fast progress wall seems to be, where it just slows to a crawl.
