Hahaha not gonna lie, was tempted just for how god damn strong i'd probably get living in Russia and training with him!
Google translate, LOL!
I actually had a BF when I first met him, and the joke was made that if he squatted 500kg at Cup of the Titans, that i'd leave my BF and marry him.. He squatted 490kg at the comp I believe, lol.. (broke up with BF in the end anyway, nothing to do with Malanichev, haha)
They'd be some strong babies!!
I found the video.. Note: I DO NOT NORMALLY SOUND LIKE THIS!!.. I was really really sick and had lost my voice and was just struggling/dying in general that weekend, haha.. I DO NOT NORMALLY SOUND LIKE A 2 PACK A DAY SMOKER WITH 16 CHILDREN IN A TRAILER!!

How do you guys know when to stop the cut?
I had a weight in mind, I didn't want to get below 170 currently at about 180 right now.... I'm 6'2... I already look like some sort of walking lolipop. I don't think I am going to get to as low of body fat as I had hoped by the time I get to 170. Do you guys normally just go to a specific weight or just till you are happy with how you look in the mirror before you transition over to bulking again?

For me I have a minimum weight im willing to drop to. If I have to go any longer I will just transition to a few months of lean bulking and return to cutting when I have more mass. I stopped my last cut like this last summer and now I might finally be able to have fulll abs at a happy weight and strength.
imo if you are not competing theres no need to get compltely shredded at the expense of strength and mass
its a marathon not a sprint approach
edit: my bbrother ordered two tubs of trutein for us last night
somebody rape me to 1700 so close

It was ridiculous.. And he wasn't even trying.. I'm pretty good with wraps too, my coach has done them so tight he's made his own hands bleed from wrapping, and that is nothing compared to Andreys "light wrapping", haha
^ this for me too, sorry

Not at all brother. My best squat was a 710 (I was 220 pounds though) at y weight now it was 675, so 650 I SHOULD be able to get it.
In powerlifting, I've always had a monster squat/deadlift. My leg strength is unreal.. What kills me is my bench strength compared to the other 2. I always dreamed of a 450 bench (with suit) or a raw 375 bench. That's how far behind my bench is behind the other 2

Starting tomorrow with cut, way too late, as usual.
Do you guys prefer FitDay or MyFitnessPal to keep track? Or something else?

Is she completely new to it? If so, then rather give her 6-7 exercises to train the whole body for 6-8 weeks. This way she will elevate her overall fitness and get a feel for how her body works and reacts to workouts. Afterwards she can jump into most split trainings really.
One advantage is that she just needs to remember or write down the routine and repeat it every single time and thus not track if its supposed to be leg day or whatever. KISS principle.

It helps that a "local" guy who owns a gym has a few powriftkng records. So whoever goes to him/trains with him turns out all freaks. I've talked about his sons before. The 15 year old 150 pound kid who squatted 450.
This is the every Sunday routine for 4 years.
Squat all the way starting at the bar, then slowly increasing weights until your 1RM, then all the way back down to just the bar
(Example say your 1rm is 400. You'll do the bar for 10, 85 for 10, 135 for 10, 185 for 8, 225 for 5, etc. all the way too 400 for 1. Then back to 350 for 4 225 for 8 135 for 10 the bar for 10)
Then you do that same EXACT setup for deadlifts.
Then you can't walkout without doing 50 pull-ups AFTER you just did that with squats and deads. How ever long 50 pull-ups take you. After rest the workout took around 2 hours
