GVT - Bi's/Delts
I decided before that I wasn't going to do GVT for delts. I figured I would just go heavy, and try to keep progressing. Didn't go as well as I would have hoped...

*45sec rest between sets. These hurt. They hurt a lot...and I don't know if I will be able to increase the weight next session, as I barely got these done. Can't believe I was huffing and puffing from goshdamn curls!

*Not sure if it was because I did these after biceps, or if it was because I haven't done them in a while - but I am way out of shape on these! Recall last time I did front chain with these, I was repping 100's for 14 reps. I definitely need to bring these back up!

So, it seems I have some delt work to do. Part of it could be because I tore up biceps before doing them (I'll alternate next week to test that theory out)...but, either way - not going heavy for so long has shown. Like I said; motivation!
Yeah, def check it out...get an idea of where their priorities are. If it's anything like the one I'm at, they make you clean the shelter for a couple of months before you get to work with animals. I think it's to weed out people who aren't serious. Good luck!

Every once in a while. Usually it happens when I'm going for height, though. I have to think that was directly attributable to the leg session the previous day, though. I did those at standard height and standard distance.

But i have no idea what GHR stands for, what a Tate press is or pistol squats. I think Tate is bodybuilder and/or trainer though.
What gym do you go to? (no stalker) I'm curious because it's very spacious.

The DB presses are what disappointed me most. But, it's been a couple months since I did seated DB presses with any substantial weight. I actually failed getting them into position at first, lol.
I am a big advocate of heavy isolation lifts. Most people think of it like "etching in detail"...but it doesn't work that way. Overload is what it's all about.
