Like Moo said, point your toes out slightly, not too much and not too little, on Squats. You also want your feet a little wider than shoulder width. When you squat also don't have your knees going outwards, you want them to line up with your big toes and facing forwards. Don't forget to push through your heels and not the balls of your feet also.

I tend to agree with you. Kizer looks very good. They will definitely surprise. Record doesnt show it, but they were in a lot of games last year they could have (should have) won.

Last nights Ohio State game was definitely the tale of two halves. First half = Complete crap, Second half = best team in the nation.

Oklahoma is going to be an excellent test next week though. And with a full slate of College games coming up over the next two days the Spaz is a happy man right now
