I got a minute, I can explain for you. But I don't have any crayons so words will have to do.
Poking fun at you for being weaker than someone you claim to be "very weak" is not the same thing as making an argument that they're strong. It's an important distinction. Basic logic stuff. There is no such thing as 'strong enough'

Tough to be first in everything I guess. Maybe we'll cut big Ray some slack aye. That's why I said his bench is in line with other in his weight class across federations. A mid 500s bench is about what you would expect from a full meet SHW competitor especially a young guy like Ray
I have a hard time believing "very weak" doesn't qualify as a criticism to you. I doubt there would have been much fuss if you had said he wasn't the best bencher in the world.Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165829701

Seeing people talk about measuring their sbd knee sleeves with calipers and weighing them with precise scales because they think the newer ones are thinner. #raw4lyfe

Went to a seafood buffet right on the water a few weeks back. Place was a total chit hole. 2 hour wait to get in. $20 all you can eat. Best fried shrimp I have ever eaten. I easily cleared 100

What can I add into my program for floor speed? Really struggling when I get into the heavier weights.

At my gym we have a buffalo bar, safety squat bar, cambered bar and a giant cambered bar. As was said earlier, the safety squat bar is by far the first that I would recommend for a supplemental squat bar. As far as a variation for benching, I can't think of anything that I enjoy more than a football bar.
It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife
