I'm not really sure what you're expecting here bro. I think you need a reality check more than anything
Already have SSB, like what it does for my squat, was just wondering if I should diversify and also have a new benching bar.

Sorry, it must be your twin brother with the same name and same avatar picture.
I got a minute, I can explain for you. But I don't have any crayons so words will have to do.

Poking fun at you for being weaker than someone you claim to be "very weak" is not the same thing as making an argument that they're strong. It's an important distinction. Basic logic stuff.

Your "basic logic stuff" is flawed, for being "weak" is a relative concept.
Although, if you think that placing 5th at worlds (in bench), and behind most winners of other categories (by wilks) is strong, then your logic is fine.

Am not criticizing him (what's the point?), just saying my opinion. Not sure why people are so sensitive about anything but praises.
Tough to be first in everything I guess. Maybe we'll cut big Ray some slack aye. That's why I said his bench is in line with other in his weight class across federations. A mid 500s bench is about what you would expect from a full meet SHW competitor especially a young guy like Ray

I have a hard time believing "very weak" doesn't qualify as a criticism to you. I doubt there would have been much fuss if you had said he wasn't the best bencher in the world.

I skimmed your post and didn't see that you were looking for bench variation.

I used a buffalo for benching a few times as well as a few other bars. Wasn't really a fan of any. The only one I would invest in would be an axle

At my gym we have a buffalo bar, safety squat bar, cambered bar and a giant cambered bar. As was said earlier, the safety squat bar is by far the first that I would recommend for a supplemental squat bar. As far as a variation for benching, I can't think of anything that I enjoy more than a football bar.
It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife

Deficits and speed work helped me. I just focused mainly on moving from point A to B as fast as possible.

He had a post a few days ago saying 258 am weight. Shouldn't be a difficult cut to 242. Where did this guy come from? I know hes young, but I only heard about him for the first time a year ago or so. His strength is simply absurd.
