Why not take advantage? God gives you two livers for a reason, bro.
So I picked up part time work as a truck loader at UPS to help pay for cont. ed. and make some extra $ for the brewery. Anybody else ever do this? I feel pretty wiped the first few hrs after a shift but not sore at all, goodbye cardio.445/365/525

Pretty much in a nutshell my consultant work landed me extra income and a ton of free time, some friends and I got together and decided to make some **** happen (one's a talented HRIM guy), and now we make vast quantities of beer. Perfecting recipes have no name or licenses yet. Will be turning over that leaf asap. Brewing is pretty much working extremely hard a few days out of the month and being very patient so for now it's an incredible side job. Soon.jpg

It'll be especially great because micros and crafts are so big right now. Issue we face is letting our Euro style preferences influence what we make for this market. I plan to make a few whiskeys, too, but my recipe for that is a decade from finished. Inb4 ATF

Too much protein in beer = unfiltered dirtiness, grit, skunky flavor. Takes a lot of effort to avoid sloshing a bunch of that gunk from the boil kettle into your product so you don't get a nasty chest burn and off flavor. Unless you have a centrifuge to filter it later... time to make a ****ing centrifuge I guess
