I haven't noticed much change. I get a little warmer, sweat a little bit more, but my heart rate doesn't seem any more elevated. I don't wear a HRM and the ones on the machines suck and are inaccurate, so I'm just guessing, but I don't "feel" my heart beating out of my chest, ya know?
At this point, who knows if it's working or not?! It's not hurting, I know that much.

wake up to this in my inbox;
isn't the point of a losing weight competition is to submit your weight weekly and monitor the scale so you hopefully lose weight?www.grazethesky.com

Why thank you sir
wtf...I see it fine? Maybe it is browser dependent? I'm using chrome.
Anyway, it was this yorkshire terrier ripping a teddy bear off an arm chair, dragging it to the floor, then proceeding to hump it while bouncing across the living room as if on a pogo stick.

Occasionally I inadvertently open the Joseph Radich thread instead of this one, when the former is bumped to the top of the page. I was always impressed that JR actually seemed to answer all questions, no matter how goofy.
But apparently, it's because he sells his "stock" dieting plan, and it's not going over well in the nutrition forum:

Wow, what an a hole. Promising personalized diets then just throwing cookie cutter diets at people is a dick move. His response also disappointed me, yes all of those things are true, but they would be true for almost anybody which is how you know it is a cookie cutter program. The one saving grace is the last line, but I get the feeling it would be as simple as replacing one protein/fat/carb source for a different one, which would take a few seconds. He obviously has too many clients to be doing personalized diets and is still promising things he can no longer deliver.

An a-hole? I've seen this guy do nothing but help hundreds if not thousands of posters in this forum who are actively trying to lose fat. You can't please everyone..and no diet works for everyone either.
I read through that thread in the nut section, and imo it's just like any other forum..the regulars come out to play.www.grazethesky.com

Save your $$.. Assault is OK; but like I've claimed a hundred times, go with Animal RAGE; you won't be disappointed!
I'm not even trying to push their product, I've just been around the block when it comes to PWO's...literally...and RAGE sticks out the most as far as consistency in energy/feeling you get is concerned. BUT; it's $50...but whatever, worth it.www.grazethesky.com

Hes found a nice niche for making some cash tho, gotta give him that. I'd be more worried about the people buy those made plans tho, like 90% of people who lose weight gain it back fairly fast. Most likely because they crash diet, or follow the plan of someone else etc. and actually learn nothing about nutrition and calorie usage etc.
By telling people exactly what to eat instead of letting them learn how to calculate their needs etc. they will have no clue how to eat once the plan is over and most likely just go back to their previous patterns that got em fat in the first place. It's just sad how people set themselves up for failure by doing weight loss the "easy" way rather than getting a lifetime lesson.
Its kinda the same friends and family tend to do, go on a crash diet lose 20lbs or something. 7 months later they have still lost 20lbs total ... tho most likely they have gained the weight back and are afraid to admit it

Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

Don't get me wrong, what he does in his stickied thread is great. I think anyone would be better off actually going to that thread rather than pay him. He seems to be giving those people a better service for free than the people who are paying his wage which just seems really odd. He's obviously not a bad guy, more of a victim of his own success but he should stop promising personalized diet plans if that isn't what people are getting.
Yep, it's what every personal trainer does along with any commercial 'dietician'. It's good business.R.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.
