Didn't read the thread.
Do it brah, I wear knee sleeves for all my lower body movements, and elbow sleeves for all pressing movements, thinking it might help prevent injury or joint problems like tendonitis.Cliffs:

Ah, I feel the knee sleeves cut depth for me so I don't go as low with the slight restriction they place. They do work for sure, but only time I feel necessary with them is intense knee pain or nagging knee pain.
If you want something interesting, get a voodoo flossing band. Tie it tight around the bottom and upper knee.

They do feel nice. I don't really feel like I'm gonna injure myself without them though
Yeah they might cut depth a little bit and probably make it easier in the bottom. But I'm thinking the extra weight or reps might make up for that.
