    Good Morning ROCK & ROLLERS Its 4 am and I think Ive lost my Mind its Fasted Cardio time again 
    10 gr BCAAs mixed with lemon and herbal tea, 200 mg Caffeine tab and and now finishing this 
    This morning its 100 Pushups with raised handles mixed with stamina Farmers walks to the end of the Street and back then 35 minutes mixed bike time and Elliptical

    2 sets 50 with 2 rounds with 25 lb DB's

    Thx John, yes It really shocks myself just how much it takes for me to feel like i accomplished something its Crazy.... And of course I added some additional work, seems the initial plan is never enough lol, just hope I didn't push to much to interfere with this afternoons weight session..

    Alright after morning session and my Amino acid capsules at finish, broke my fast at 11 am with a super plate of Awesome SuperFoods
    3 Organic pasture raised Whole eggs over lightly sauteed Cabbage & kale, white potatoes, Red Kidney beans, Sweet onions, Red bells, then topping all that, Avacados, sauteed Tomatoes & Raw garlic Himalayan pink salt and pepper.. Everything is Certified Organic farmed..



    Now its time for the Afternnoon IRON Session at Charlie's Iron Den in the Desert

    Alright without stims and boosters today was one tough as nails session, Seeing its only Day 2 back in the game and really Day really pushing and testing myself, No max level lifts I am used to but coming back from time away and that Sciatic issue I just wasn't as Strong as usual.

    Warmups done on Elliptical 15 minutes
    then Low incline barbell Board press with 2 second count on Board ....
    - 4 sets of 6 to 175 alternating with Standard Deadlifts 4 sets of 6 to 205

    Board Press low incline - 185x10, 205x8, 215x6,225x5
    Standard Deadlifts - 225x15, 225x10, 225x10, 225x9

    Standing Rigid OHP - warmed the shoulders with 4 sets of 5 to 145 alternating with DB shrugs

    OHP - 155x5, 155x4, 155x4, 160x4
    DB Shrugz - 85x12, 85x12, 85x10

    Squats for HR - 135x20, 135x15, 165x5

    TRX Pushups alt with TRX Flyes lowered chain 1 inch

    Training is looking impressive nice work on the OFP and deads. I was doing fasted cardio for awhile last month and found it to be pretty effective.

    Well have a good day everyone, still waiting for product and training without workout Supps (well except I still have my Amino Caps and BCAA powder which I use but no pre w/o or stimulants) is killing me as I love my stims lol. Anyway
    woke 2hrs later do to Saturday being the weekend and all.. Active Rest Day being 7th day of the week (train hard bust ass 6 days rest 1 repeat )..

    So it was Amino Acid caps downed with herbal Tea and lemon then 15 minutes semi fast on the bike to warm up and wake up then outside for some Alley Sprints Pole to Pole (sprint 1 length, walk 1 length, sprint back 1 length, walk 1 length back to start repeat) 15 to 20 minutes..
    Still unsure of distance but its either 42 yrds (135 ft) or 67 yards (200 ft)
    I just go with it for now till I can get an accurate measurement.



    BK today like most days Super delish, blend of Superfoods
    Sauteed in Avacado oil organic white potatoes added organic Cabbage and kale, lightly sauteed, added organic red bells, jalapenos, sweet onions, tomatoes, green onions, stirred in chopped Raw garlic just before pouring ingredients onto plate and topping with organic Avacados and 3 whole Eggs folded. Topped with organic roasted tomato Salsa.
    Seasonings were fresh ground black pepper, Himalayan Pink Salt, Cayenne, Spanish Paprika, cumin and new Mexico hot chili powder...


    Rest of the day is yard work (de weeding)

    Check out the gymnastic Rings my friend John Butz sent me... These are great for Dips but "Dam" are they hard hard. Setting them up I tested and could only get 6 reps with the Rings yet on Rigid Dip bars I go seems forever these killed me in 6 lol
