- Bench actually felt REAL good. And I actually surpassed reps from previous cycle...so not too shabby...
- I am going to substitute either DB Rows or BO BB Rows over Chest Supported. Feeling as if I'm stalling a bit on those...

245x3
285x2

Speed Squats [done on box]
185x5x3
...had to cut it short as the "kidz club" was closing...
Workout Notes:- Deadlifts simple felt awesome! I really wish I had a vid of these b/c they all really felt quick off the floor (so I'm thinking and hoping my supplemental work is paying off)
- I did shrugs before speed squats primarily b/c I was on a "high" of the 20 rep Deads that I simply overlooked them...
- Speed Squats were off a box as well and I will continue to do it as such...these will pay off.
- Continuing with OHP on Monday (and next week) and then Deload on the Big 3 for my next cycle.

Just recalling the infamous incident that many people encounter:
Up to Saturday, I NEVER had an issue with my use of chalk, but after my DL's a staff member said the gym "frowned upon it". The staff member was actually nice about it but still does not change the fact that i find that unacceptable in a gym (to "frown on" or deny use of chalk).
So as soon as I get into the new house...new gym, a local, TRUE gym (Gold's) will be my gym. Nano thee positive is that they have a SS bar, so I'm sure that will come in handyFree Agent

maybe I'll give it a shot...though from what I heard it's really not the same as good 'ol fashioned chalk.
nice and welcome!
yeah...again, the guy was real cool about it, but I never had an issue and even did it in front of managers before. My thinking is that this silly couple next to (who were doing curls in the squat rack) complained.
but again, they were assholes...so w/eFree Agent

Warmup:- Treadmill
- Foam Roll
- Shoulder Rotations / Discloations
OHP

75x5
95x3
105x2
115x1
120x11
CGBP

Workout Notes:- My primary focus was OHP and did work on those...
