    fried for sure, you can make them into a sandwich with all sorts of meats, add cheese, put em on a bagel, and you easily get over 1000 calories and a LOT of protein at a pretty good price.

    I am a small person. I eat upto 5 when I can but it is sometimes too much for me to stomach it. 3-4 is good I think but if you feel like you can eat more go on. eggs are good.

    LOL look at the nutrition facts. Yes cholesterol is important but your body makes enough daily that you only need about one or two. Eating fkin tons of eggs (yolk) is not that healthy. I didn't realize it was an old post. I saw it on the latest feed so I thought it was new or something.

    Dietary cholesterol has little to do with blood serum cholesterol. Again, there is nothing unhealthy about having several eggs daily.

    Meat cholesterol is still dietary cholesterol, which has little (people with diabetes are more sensitive iirc) correlation with your cholesterol levels.

    Obviously 15 a day may be excessive, simply because the amount of fat would be higher than most people would want.

    In short, your cholesterol levels have less to do with the amount of cholesterol you eat and more to do with the amounts of saturated fats and trans fats you consume as well as a sedentary life style.
