LOL look at the nutrition facts. Yes cholesterol is important but your body makes enough daily that you only need about one or two. Eating fkin tons of eggs (yolk) is not that healthy. I didn't realize it was an old post. I saw it on the latest feed so I thought it was new or something.

ATG Squat: 116kg (256) x 1 (Heels on 10kg plates = awkward, terrible balance, pain and damage to the knees every time, constantly.)
Bone spurs in the ankle joint crew. Flexibility hours a day but still can't bend at my knees crew.

Meat cholesterol is still dietary cholesterol, which has little (people with diabetes are more sensitive iirc) correlation with your cholesterol levels.
Obviously 15 a day may be excessive, simply because the amount of fat would be higher than most people would want.
In short, your cholesterol levels have less to do with the amount of cholesterol you eat and more to do with the amounts of saturated fats and trans fats you consume as well as a sedentary life style.You can't force knowledge into a dumbass any more than you can force sight into a blind man.
