While I respect everyone's opinions and values not everyone might want to go that route (just yet, or ever) and instead try to do the best they can naturally.

But do not discount the fact that today more than ever humans do not need high testosterone to survive. We not longer need to fight for ourselves/families, we no longer need to be strong and durable for our (manual) jobs, we no longer need to look like an alpha male in order to score a chick, etc. Basically it is not as big of a factor in "natural selection" anymore.

Mental defects, physical defects, this has been documented in animals too, as they exposed the animals to the chemicals that we surround ourselves with, the male animals started dying off or becoming feminized. High testosterone levels don't just make you a big tough brute, they make you a MALE.

Our testosterone levels are dropping because of the chemicals that we unknowingly poison ourselves with, not because we don't need it anymore.

I agree with kratos, although I understand your point mustang. We don't need to run after elephants anymore but as men we should still have the ability to do so, hormonally. If you check out the documentaries I posted in the OP you'd see that boys are being born with descended testicles, penis disorders, etc. that was virtually unheard of in the past.

As far as diet goes, please please please, please, do not go low fat. Testosterone is heavily dependent on fat and cholesterol for production. Stock up on olive oil, coconut oil, butter (real butter), they're all good choices. Eat eggs with the yolk. Buy grass feed beef whenever possible.

You've switched out your old containers, you're eating a good amount of fat in your diet and taking DIM to help keep your estrogen in check, great. What else can you do?

wouldn't low fat also affect the natural estrogen production? they're both lipids (steroids actually)
