    when you're used to squatting every day, the body seems to tighten up on the rest days, making the first day back pretty sucky. Try riding a bike for a while or using a rowing machine to warm up a little bit more before squatting on a first day back, you might find it will help to loosen things up a bit.

    i feel as if i squatted everyday i would get injured fast

    i did 405 on monday then failed 425 then went back thursday and did some front squat did 275x1 when im usually good for 2 sets of 5
