It's actually a pretty good conventional pre and if you wanna add something to it to spice it
up it should work well or just use it as is.

Since this is a new thread let's get some tasty baked protein treats in here.
These were baked this week and they taste so chocolaty minty good especially right out
of the fridge.
Ingredients
3/4 cup of oat powder
2 scoops of Muscle Beach Choc Protein
3/4 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 cup of mint choc chunks (Thanks to Aldi's for having these)
1/4 cup of toasted chopped pecans
4oz unsweetened applesauce
2 tbs of liquid mint extract
2 heaping tbs of unsalted almond butter (Trader Joe's Brand)
1 whole egg and if you need it to be slightly wetter than add 1 extra egg white IF needed

Is this were the OGs come to reminisce about the old days?

I had a sample of this^^^^^which I received from an order which I put to use today as my intra
and as always I like to give a little feedback on this Jolly Green Apple flavor.
It mixed up very well and as you can see in this pic it doesn't mix up green so there are no
artificial colors used which I guess might make some happy I personally could care less.
The flavor says Jolly Green Apple but don't let the name influence you on the flavor cause
I have two classic pre's in apple flavor opened in my fridge one from Metabolic Nut and the
other from iForce and they both have a candy type flavor that resembles somewhat of a Jolly
Rancher candy. This apple flavor from Dymatize though it was just a sample to me has a certain
richness to the flavor where it almost resembles the apple flavor that you would get from some
type of apple pastry YES apple pastry. The flavor for me was a very unique type of apple
and enjoyable because it was not just some common run of the mill flavor. If you are an apple
flavored supplement fan they I HIGHLY recommend trying this flavor and 18oz of ice cold water
still delivered a strong flavor without tasting watered down so that's a plus!

Core literally just send an e-mail this afternoon on a new intra product. 21g carbs, BCAA's/EAA's, glycerol. But it's too expensive.
Mine is creatine, glutamine, EAA's, HBCD. Just bought a carb powder that has HBCD and Carb10 that I'll be using. The heavier card powders just fill my belly with watch and makes it uncomfortable during workouts.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
