    DAY 8

    It is day 8 of the contest. I really like the taste of Infinite Labs Juggernaut. I took my morning JUGGERNAUT pre-workout than it was off to work. I did legs today, at 4:00am. Immediately after workout I took Infinite labs Glutamine (to help with quick muscle recovery). My legs were burning today.

    TRAINING

    My legs were weak all day at work today, after my workout !!!!

    Thigh extensions 90lbs (3x8reps)
    Hamstring curls 60lbs (3x8reps)
    Calf raises 200lbs (3x8reps)
    Leg press 160lbs (3x8reps)


    MY DAY

    It's a work day. So get up at 3:30 am eat breakfast, take JUGGERNAUT, drive to work. Get to work, use the gym. Workout from 4:10am to 5:00 am. Take Infinite Labs Glutamine. Take a shower, go to my morning meeting, then work from 6:00 am to 6:10 pm. I was tired this morning, but no sleeping in, I have a goal. I AM JUGGERNAUT.

    NUTRITION

    3:30 am cereal am with skim milk for breakfast, 6:00 am skim milk with Infinite Labs Glutamine, 9:30 am greek yogurt with egg white and half of a wheat bagel, Noon peanut butter sandwhich with grapes, Around 3pm greek yogurt with egg white and half of a wheat bagel, 7:00pm dinner of 3/4 lb of ground beef with onions and green peppers, and last, at 8:00pm I will have a protein shake before bed.

    TIL Tomorrow. Good day. Keep improving on yesterday.

    DAY 9

    It is day 9 of the contest. I took my morning JUGGERNAUT pre-workout than it was off to work. It was a rest day so I didn't lift today.


    TRAINING

    Rest day, no lifting.

    MY DAY

    It's a work day. So get up at 3:30 am eat breakfast, take JUGGERNAUT, drive to work, then work from 6:00 am to 6:10 pm.

    NUTRITION

    3:30 am cereal am with skim milk for breakfast, 6:00 am skim milk with Infinite Labs Glutamine, 9:30 am four scrambled eggs with cheese, Noon peanut butter sandwhich with grapes, Around 3pm greek yogurt with Infinite Labs Glutamine and a wheat bagel, 7:00pm dinner of 4 scrambled egg whites with sausage, and last, at 8:30pm I had a protein shake.

    TIL Tomorrow. Keep improving on yesterday.

    DAY 10

    It is day 10 today. I took my morning JUGGERNAUT pre-workout than it was off to the basement. I did chest today, at 10:00am. Immediately after workout I took Infinite labs Glutamine (to help with quick muscle recovery). It was chest workout today.


    TRAINING

    Bench press 185lbs barbell(3 x 10 reps)
    Incline flyes 55lbs dumbells(3 x 10 reps)
    Decline press 55lbs dumbells(3 x 10 reps)
    Cable cross chest d-bar pull 35lbs (3 x 12 reps)
    Dips (16,14,14)

    MY DAY

    I slept in until 8:00 am, ate breakfast did some laundry, then I took JUGGERNAUT at 9:30am. Worked out from 10:00am to about 11:00am. I took my Infinite Labs Glutamine after my workout, to help my chest recover.

    NUTRITION

    8:30 am cereal am with skim milk for breakfast, 9:20 am an egg white and some greek yogurt, at about 11:00 am I had skim milk with Infinite Labs Glutamine, Noon peanut butter sandwhich and wheat chips, Around 2:00pm some fat free cottage cheese, 5:00pm I had 4 scrambled egg white with chorizo, at 7:30pm some greek yogurt, and lastly at 10:00pm I am having a protein shake before bed.

    TIL Tomorrow. Try for a new best.

    DAY 11

    It's day 11 of the Juggernaut contest for me. I took my Juggernaut around 10:00am. I did biceps today, from 10:30 am until 11:15 am, than followed by Infinite Labs GLutamine.


    Training

    My biceps enjoyed a good PUMP today !!!

    I did the following exercises;
    Incline bench curls 30 lbs + olympic dumbell bars + clips (3x7reps)
    Oympic curl bar curls 90 lbs + olympic curl bar + clips (3x8 reps)
    Concentration curls 30 lbs + olympic dumbell bars + clips (3x12reps)
    Hammer curls with 45 lbs + olympic dumbell bars + clips (3x14reps)

    My Day

    It was a good day off of work, worked out, did the usual stuff around the house ....

    NUTRITION

    8 am Cereal and skim milk for breakfast, 9:30 am greek yogurt with an egg white, 10:00 am JUGGERNAUT pre-workout supplement, 10:30 am Worked out the biceps, 11:15 am Infinite labs glutamine with some skim milk, noon peanut butter sandwhich with some wheat chips, Around 2pm some cottage cheese, at 4:00 pm another greek yogurt and 2 egg whites, 6:00 pm wheat and ground beef enchiladas, and at 8:00 pm (before bed) I will have a protein shake and skim milk.

    TIL Tomorrow. Make tomorrow better than today. Keep improving.

    DAY 12

    Day 12 of the contest. I took my morning JUGGERNAUT pre-workout than it was off to work. I did triceps today, at 4:00am. Immediately after workout I took Infinite labs Glutamine (to help with quick muscle recovery). My tricep workout was on point today.

    TRAINING

    My triceps routine for today was;

    Reverse Grip tricep pressdowns 70lbs (3x10reps)
    Bent over tricep extensions 35lbs (3x10reps)
    Normal Grip tricep prssdowns 70lbs (3x10reps)
    Tricep dips off of bench non-weighted (2x50reps)

    MY DAY

    It's a work day. So get up at 3:30 am eat breakfast, take JUGGERNAUT, drive to work. Get to work, and use their gym. Workout from 4:10am to 5:00 am. Take Infinite Labs Glutamine. Take a shower (at work), than off to my morning meeting, then I work from 6:00 am to 6:10 pm. It's a long day. I would have liked to sleep in until 4:30am, instead of getting up early and going to work to workout, but I have a goal. I AM JUGGERNAUT.

    NUTRITION

    3:30 am cereal am with skim milk for breakfast, 6:00 am skim milk with Infinite Labs Glutamine, 9:30 am peanut butter sandwhich and wheat chips, Noon greek yogurt with cottage chesse and half of a raisin wheat bagel , Around 3pm greek yogurt with cottage cheese and half of a raisin wheat bagel, 7:00pm dinner of 4 egg whites and hashbrowns, at 8:00pm I will have a protein shake before bed.

    It's day 13. I took my JUGGERNAUT pre-workout than it was off to work. I did shoulders today, at 4:00am. Immediately after workout I took Infinite labs Glutamine (to help in muscle recovery). My shoulders are feeling really pumped after todays workout.

    TRAINING

    My shoulder workout for today was as follows;

    Shoulder press 110 lbs(3 x 12 reps)
    Rear delt 40 lbs(3 x 22 reps)
    Side delt rises 35 lbs(3 x 14 reps)
    Front delt raises 45lbs(3 x 14 reps)

    MY DAY

    It's a work day. So get up at 3:30 am eat breakfast, take JUGGERNAUT, drive to work. Get to work, and workout from 4:10am to 5:00 am. Take Infinite Labs Glutamine. Take a shower, go to my morning meeting, then work from 6:00 am to 6:10 pm. It's a long day, but I push myself to become something.

    It is week 2 of the contest. I took my JUGGERNAUT pre-workout this morning, after breakfast since it was a rest day, so I didn't lift today.

    TRAINING

    Rest day, no lifting.

    MY DAY

    I woke up around 8 am, did the usual off of work stuff around the house, dishes, laundry, eyc.

    NUTRITION

    8:30 am cereal with skim milk for breakfast, 10:00 am some cottage cheese and strawberries, noon peanut butter sandwhich with wheat chips, Around 3pm greek yogurt with Infinite Labs Glutamine and skim milk, 7:00pm dinner of 4 scrambled egg whites with sausage, and last, at 9:00 pm I had a protein shake.

    TIL Tomorrow. Stay motivated.

    Not a whole lot today. Just the usual stuff you try and catch up on when you're off of work.

    8:30 am cereal am with skim milk for breakfast, 10:00 am peanut butter sandwhich with grapes, noon skim milk with Infinite Labs Glutamine, 1:30 pm greek yogurt with an egg white, , Around 3pm greek yogurt with egg white and a wheat bagel, 7:00pm dinner of 1/2 lb of ground beef with hash browns, and last, at 9:00pm I will have a protein shake before bed.

    DAY 16

    It's day 16. I took my morning JUGGERNAUT pre-workout than I did back today, at 10:00am. Immediately after workout I took a scoop of Infinite labs Glutamine (to help with muscle recovery).

    TRAINING

    My back routine for today was as follows:

    Lat pulldown (wide grip) 140lbs(3 x 10 reps)
    Y-bar lat pull 140 lbs(3 x 10 reps)
    Narrow grip lat pulldown 140 lbs(3 x 10 reps)
    Single arm pulls 50lbs(3 x 12 reps)

    MY DAY

    Get up at 8:30 am eat breakfast, take JUGGERNAUT at about 9:30 am, then hit the back up. At 11:00 am after my workout I had some skim milk with Infinite Labs Glutamine. Ran around shopping, etc. I'm going to be changing some workout up this week to push my muscles differently.

    NUTRITION

    8:30 am cereal am with skim milk for breakfast, 11:00 am skim milk with Infinite Labs Glutamine, 1:00 pm greek yogurt with a wheat bagel, 2;30pm a peanut butter sandwhich, Around 4:00pm some cottage cheese with two egg whites, 6:30 pm 4 scrambeled egg whites with hash browns, and at 8:00pm I will have a protein shake before bed.

    TIL Tomorrow. Push it to the limits.

    Concentration curls 35lbs (3x10reps)
    Hammer curls with 45lbs (3x14reps)

    My Day

    It was a work day so up at 3:30am, so I could workout at work before my 12 hour work day starts.

    NUTRITION

    3:45am Cereal and skim milk, 5:00 am Infinite Labs Glutamine with skim milk, 9:30 am greek yogurt with cottage cheese and half of a wheat bagel, noon 1/2 lb of hamburger with cottage cheese, Around 3:30pm greek yogurt with cottage cheese and half of a wheat bagel, 7:00pm choriso and 4 egg whites with hash browns, and at 9:00 pm I will have a protein shake and skim milk.

    I have only purchased the orange. And for anyone curious: try mixing your JUGGERNAUT pre-workout orange flavored supplement with some nice cold milk (it tastes like a creamsicle :} )

    I take 1 serving about 30 minutes before I wokout, than I stretch and warm-up during those 30 minutes. Then it's time to make those muscles grow.

    When I'm done working out, I follow up with Infinite Labs Glutamine to help my muscles with quick recuperation.

    I will be competing in the October NPC natural men's Physique contest this year in Lakewood, OH. So I have some work to do.

    My overall goal is to create a physique that's so aesthetic, that it will be posted in magazines.     Day 18 of the Juggernaut contest. I took my Juggernaut around 4:00am. I did biceps today, from 4:30 am until 5:00 am, than followed my workout up with Infinite Labs Glutamine.

    My biceps workout for the day was as follows:

    Incline bench curls 35lbs (3x8reps)

    My Day

    It was a work day so up at 3:30am, so I could workout at work before my 12 hour work day starts.

    NUTRITION

    3:45am Cereal and skim milk, 5:00 am Infinite Labs Glutamine with skim milk, 9:30 am greek yogurt with cottage cheese and half of a wheat bagel, noon 1/2 lb of hamburger with cottage cheese, Around 3:30pm greek yogurt with cottage cheese and half of a wheat bagel, 7:00pm choriso and 4 egg whites with hash browns, and at 9:00 pm I will have a protein shake and skim milk.

    TIL Tomorrow. Improve on today.

    Good to see you still got motivation to get in the gym so early knowing you got a 12 hour shift ahead of you. On your gym set what is your rest time in between sets. I'm assuming little because you got such a short window.

    My rest time is usually about 60 to 90 seconds. Especially with the time I have to workout, on days before I work, I still have to stretch before and after I work out.

    It is day 19. I took my morning JUGGERNAUT pre-workout, than it was off to the basement. I did chest today, at 10:30am. Immediately after workout I took Infinite labs Glutamine (to help with quick muscle recovery). It was chest workout today. I tore it up. Broke my record on 1 rep bench max. I'M THE JUGGERNAUT...

    TRAINING

    Bench press (olympic barbell) 185lbs 1 set by 8, 205lbs 1 set by 3, 225lbs 1set 1 rep, 185lbs 1 set by 8, 185lbs 1 set by 8
    Incline flyes 55lbs dumbells(3 x 10 reps)
    Incline Bench press (olympic barbell) 1355lbs (3 x 8 reps)
    Cable pulls (cross chest d-bar) 35lbs (3 x 12 reps)
    Dips (16,14,14)


    MY DAY

    I slept in until 8:30 am, ate breakfast did some laundry, then I took JUGGERNAUT at 10:00 am. Worked out from 10:30am to about 11:30am. I took my Infinite Labs Glutamine after my workout, to help my chest recover from the pounding.

    NUTRITION

    8:30 am cereal am with skim milk for breakfast, 9:20 am triple decker peanut butter sandwhich, at about 11:30 am I had skim milk with Infinite Labs Glutamine, 1:00pm cottage cheese and 2 egg whites, Around 3:00pm a protein bar, 5:00pm I had a footlong steak egg and cheese wheat sub with no dressing, at 7:30pm some greek yogurt with one egg white, and lastly at 10:00pm I am having a protein shake before bed.

    TIL Tomorrow. Try for a new best today, and make a new best tomorrow.

    Thumbs up Look out world, i'm coming to show you who i am

    So I am very excited today. I keep pushing myself.

    Last august 2011; I quit smoking, and drinking 2 liters of pop all day long. And I started exercising.
    I remember feeling kind of sad. I could only bench 75 lbs of plastic weight on my little $100 bench I bought from sears, and I was straining to do that. I was out of breath all the time, but that's how it is when you smoke for over 20 years.

    Well today I laid down on that bench, with 4 wheels (two 45lb plates on each side) on an olympic barbell, lifted it up, brought it down to my chest, wrists straight and gripping the bar to death, and pushed it up into the air like a JUGGERNAUT.

    I know 225lb bench press might not be a lot for some, but it was the world to me. I have never lifted that much weight in my life. Always a skinny 150lb little weakling, that was picked on. So going from bench pressing 75lbs to 225lbs, from august 25,2011 til now, is incredible to me. THAT'S TRIPLE THE WEIGHT.

    My goal of 300lb bench press may come faster than I was hoping. I wanted to bench 300lbs by the time I was 40, now I want to do it by August 25,2012. With JUGGERNAUT at my side, I know I can.

    WATCH OUT FOR ME.
    I will be competing at the NPC natural this october in lakewood,OH for the men's physique, and hopefully at the men's physique at the arnold classic 2013.
    I will be benching 300lbs.
    I will be posting up 18 inch natural arms.
    I will be less than 10% bodyfat.
    I will be looking back at the 36 year old I was, who was smoking and not eating right and out of shape, and say look at your aesthetic self now.
    I will be an inspiration to someone, just as so many have been to me.
    I will have been pictured in a magazine.

    It's never too late to start. No matter what anyone says you can do it. Make it happen. I am living proof.

    Way to make your goals PUBLIC. I will be checking in with you to see how these things are coming!!! That's exciting. Nice job on the 225 Bench! We are about the same height and weight, just a question, what is the measurement of your bicep now??? I was actually bummed that when I started dropping bodyfat that my arm measurement went down (no fat to add to the size!). I've started to slowly get some size back, but even adding a 1/4 of inch to circumference is a lot of freakin work!!! Good luck my man, can't wait to follow the progress!!!
