thanks bro well i took ON`s Whey Protein which is the best and im still on it and ate like 3 peanut butter sandwhiches everday .. and i took swolev2 since im not a creatine responder and gained around 8-10 lbs and lots of strength. I dont really take any supplements i rely mostly on getting 6-8 meals a day and a post workout shake which imo is enough

Its an Italian thing. Me myself I'm Greek, we add plural tense to every noun just about so we say "my moms is going" or something like that. And you thouight it was just "gangstas" pshh please.

No of course you can defend yourself. This is the internet. I just thought it was rediculous telling him you were going to crack is face or whatever, but I'm not making a big deal about it. It just kind of annoys me because I know kids from school who get a little big and all of a sudden they thing they are the best thing around.

BTW nice gains though. What kind of routine, or routines did you do over that time? Just a typical bodybuilding splits or something else?

i used like some of max-ot`s techniquest the 4-6 rep range and 2-3 sets i was also playin football so i had mixed things up. But i basically used push/pull routine

Yeah I hate people that think just because they are big they can destroy anything in their path. I've never seen a bodybuilding physique compete well in MMA. Look at Fedor Emilianenko and you'll see what I mean. Or better yet I'll post a video of Fedors brother (Aleksander) fighting James Thompson (some huge ass fighter) when I find it.

Great gains. I have been to NY many many times. I am from NC, here we just say "all us". I have been to just about every nook and krany from skateboarding. You meet a lot of people from skateboarding and just from that experience you could almost call me a local, ha. Anyway, you are looking good.
