I had massive binges during the winter since I was somewhat satisfied with my loss(I was 310+) but wanted to start enjoying my life. I would binge with thousands of calories over the weekends with friends drinking and partying and then diet through the week to get back to previous weight and then repeat over and over for those 4 months. Luckily I didn't gain any weight on during those 4 months. If i didn't diet for those 4/7 days I probably would be back up 30+ pounds.
I basically drank a bunch of mixed drinks that could of been over 1,000 by themselves with at least 8 pre game beers(lol) then we would go out to a party, bar, club, etc then drink there. I know I would consume atleast 2,500 in just alcohol. Then at the diner we would all order massive amounts of food at the like pancakes, waffles, burgers, fries, etc. I know my meals were probably over 3,000 in a sitting on a thurs, friday, and saturday night. Not to mention all the fast food we hit up while hanging out during the day on winter break.
Thursday-Thirsty Thursdays lol
Friday- Club or party
Sat- w/e
I now don't go out as much and I'm sticking to my guns and haven't went out much in the last 3 weeks. I learned my friends are a very bad influence but friday night I went out with them to new york and I didn't drink and since i knew I might eat at night I went under 400 maintenance more through the day. At the diner I ordered a grilled chicken with some veggies which probably came out to under 400. I still went out, had fun, hung out, and controlled my self which was nice. Last night I just decided to go to the movies which I avoided the bad food there and I already had my calories for the day so I had a diet drink.
It's all a learning experience I guess

I had a huge binge last night :'( I got baked then ate a large big mac meal, 3 slices of chocolate cake, 2 cans of fanta, half a packet of crisps and **** loads of candy then i just laid down on a bed thinking "why did i just eat all of that" lol But today, i woke up, took a huge **** then went gym and had a really good workout!
I agree with you StacksItRich, friends are a bad influence lol Most weekends, i end of getting crunk and then start munching out.

Yesterday for lunch - Large Double Quarter Pounder w/cheese meal (including large fries), a McDouble, a 4 pc McNugget, and a Twinkie!
Calories for the whole day 3400! It was glorious.
Though, my biggest meal was probably during a time I wasn't worried about dieting. Sometimes I'd get a huge calzone and just kill it in one day. Must have been 5,000 calories easily. I'd also get 18 inch grinders with onion rings on the side, and maybe wings!
Looking back I know the standard reaction is "UGH how could I have eaten all that gross food!", but damn, all that sounds so good right now.

2nd from last week of July 2011.
Cabin on the lake with most of my friends.
Last yr I drank 2 1/2 cases of beer in 4 days. Now it was lite beer & most of it was that bud select 50 cal stuff.
Ate everything in sight. Burgers, dogs sandwiches. I did not stuff myself since I spent most of my days sitting on a plastic lawn chair up to my chest in the lake drinking beer.
5 days of gluttony. gained 7lbs & it took a whole week for that weight to disappear.
However, I did not gain any size or noticeable fat.
So i'm not worried when this yr comes along. By then I should be lean enough that it won't really derail anything.

Lately I've had a few eating contests with friends which most would be shocked at the amount of food some of us can eat.
Chinese, Sushi, Pizza Hut and all you can eat wings at Kelsey's are the ones of late.
Counting the desert stuff at pizza hut and the 30 slices of pizza I'm sure it is probably around 10,000 calories in one meal. The pizza slices arn't full size though, I'd probably guess its about equal to 2 large pizzas.
The all you can eat wings at kelsey's should be around the 10,000 calories+ mark also. Last time I took down 7 pounds of wings but had to get back to school. Tomorrow were trying to break the record in our town of 96 wings, which should be 11 or so pounds per person to shoot for.
Now you want to know about weight gain.....after these meals the scale could be up about 7-9 pounds but THANKFULLY my diet is spot on counting calories for every meal except these binges or else I'd probably die of a heart attack and be 300 pounds. Although I don't recommended these eating competitions, they can be fun. I've yet to lose one The weight comes down to near what it was before the binge though, maybe 1 pound more after about a week with lots of drinking of water and sitting on the can lol.
No idea how many calories I ate at Chinese and Sushi places since there is no websites to calculate it.
Come May though I'm retiring myself tho because well....it's just kind of messing up my diet plans haha. I turned my weight loss plan into a mini bulkStarting Strength Log(Current) - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137669213&p=742588733#post742588733

Hmmm, I remember my buddies birthday, i went on a super binge lol.
He celebrated it pretty early, around noon time. We ate at a buffet, i mass loaded on carbs, i would say i ate about 3-4k CALS.
Right after that, we went to his house and started drinking /w JUNK FOOD (CHIPS) LOL. Thats about... 1.5k cals? more lol?
Then to top it all off... We went clubbing that night, couple more beers... 200-300 more cals.
Then on our way home from the club, we stopped by Denny's. I ordered a 1.5k cal burger with fries.
Man, i felt so bad that day the day after i skipped breakfast and lunched and worked out right away. I noticed all my lifts increased etc, lol, but i gained 10LBS LOL

Eh was Valentines day and I just felt like it. I have a healthy relationship with food so I do incorporate most of the food I ate that day into my daily diet but that day I just went a little OTT.
-Full bag of Reese Mini's
-2x Large Dominos Deluxe Feast
-Half of a large Dominos Cheese Pizza
-2 cans of Monster
-4 slices of toast
-2 Boost bars
-Full can of pringles
-100g oats + milk
All in all was a good day. Was so bloated. Workouts the next week were the same but felt strong as hell since I had been on a deficit for months prior and was probably depleted(low carbing).http://www.half-the-man.com - My new blog dedicated to my experiences with weight loss. Just remembered another one. About a year ago, I went to a concert and drank all night. The next morning woke up in the hotel, got room service . . It was a pretty big breakfast (eggs, sausage, etc). Went home around noon, had a grinder (about 12") with some chips. Went away that night again with friends and marathon drank all night. For dinner I had a giant Pulled Pork sandwhich platter. By that time I'm STUFFED. When the night's over, back in the hotel, we're all wasted and decide to order out. I ate a full 16" Chicken Parm grinder! Then for lunch the next day, a giant Burger platter. I was full for days.

I had just asked all my friends/relatives and some of the users on this forum why I'm not losing any weight after 6months+ of a massive caloric deficit. 80% of the answers were "dunno"(believe it or not, most people have no idea how to lose weight; this doesn't stop them from being judgmental though), the other 20% were "You're lying" and "Don't count calories, do yoga instead!" or something similar. So, I got depressed and ate as much as I wanted for about a week (3k to 4k calories per a day while my maintenance is at about 3500) and gained about 7kg- mostly water weight, I imagine.
As far as the actual foods, believe it or not, I actually like the taste of rice, chicken, oats and the like so I mostly ate that, with a bit of pizza, sandwiches and a tiny bit of chocolate (100-200g over the whole week). In other words, not only can I not lose weight, I can't even binge like a normal person. FML

This just happened last Saturday.
Started the night off at Red Lobster where I had the shrimp, lobster, rice, broccoli, bread and salad. I later got their melting chocolate dessert cake. Then I proceeded to go home and eat/drink. (2500 calories)
A filled zip up plastic bag of granola (500)
Nearly 26 oz of vodka (750)
1L of cranberry juice (150)
Apple (50)
100g worth of crackers (500)
Jam (200)
Large pepperoni pizza (1500)
Yogurt (100)
Unknown amount of pistachios (~300)
Unknown amount of baking (~1000)
Over 6500 on the night, probably close to 9000 for the day. I weighed myself in the morning and was 155, the next day I was 164.
