Lmao, if it was a black person I'd call cell tech as well. I'm racist, but don't bring that in here. That has nothing to do with anything.
ps. I didn't read this thread at all. One does not simply get bigger while losing fat as a natty. Also, one does not get this big natty at the age of 22 with a crap starting physique. I know kids on tech smaller then you who diet correctly and have been lifting for 2+ years.

Well I strongly suggest you have a look in the thread before making silly statements, first I lost 70lbs in 4 months, then started bulking and jumped from 167lbs to 183lbs in first 10 weeks of lifting for first time in my life, then about 10 months of dirty bulk+newb gains and 3 month cut after = physique in op, 4 months later physique in avi, can see vast chest improvement ect.
All done to perfection, to get phenomenal gains you gotta put in phenomenal effort and dedication of a mad kunt and I have no other responsibilities in life for now. Not many people can do it this way, requires the mind of steel.....hence the poor gains compared to me

then you should become a professional bodybuilder or a fitness model or something.
because you look bigger than people who ACTUALLY cell-tech.
but you're a sad individual, just come out and admit it man. you're not fooling anybody. unless the pics are shooped with amazing lighting, you are not natty.

Agreed. I personally don't care if he admits cell tech or not. The thing most people are probably pissed about is him trying to sell workout + diet plans.
Oh, and by the way, I do agree to one thing you said. You had dedication and nothing in your way. A lot of people like me work 30 hours a week and go to college full time. (or even 1 of the 2, which gets in the way of dieting for me) That takes a lot out of my day. I have wanted to quit my job to commit myself full time to dieting + gym time. I know it doesn't take long, but sometimes I'm going at 9am, and sometimes at 9pm due to my schedule. Then preparing meals for whenever I can actually eat. I will work from 2pm-8pm but cannot have a well prepared meal between the time frame of 1:10pm-8:30pm. Why? It takes 20 minutes to get ready, 30 minutes to drive to work, 30 minutes to drive back. Then I have to make a meal. ps. No breaks at work.
Anyways, sorry for my long wall of text/rant. But some people can commit better then others, it does give a huge edge. Like Zyzz, he didn't have a job or schooling. So much free time, lifting became his thing, he dedicated time to that. (but of course... cell tech)Last edited by 7usabball; 11-07-2012 at 11:55 PM.

mirin hard, fellow UK brah
One question though, did you find your libido went when you originally cut so hard at 1,300 cals a day? I was cutting heavily to get from 257lbs to where I am now (around 170lbs), but I didn't really think about my libido then, but now I have a lady friend, I couldn't afford for it to crash lol
