I would have expected this inflation report to tank everything today, but I guess not with all this going on lmao. This CPI should put another hike firmly on the table.

Same buddy I was talking about a couple pages back (the one that's been doing this for 10-15 years) told me "Buy AMC, straight shares" about a week ago when it was in the $3 range.....said it was going to hit $6......and I was like "yea, sure buddy, I'm not touching that meme stonk" and didn't buy.

Well he did and sold at open this morning, then turned around and shorted it. Long story short, he made $30k in about a week.

congrats to your buddy but I wouldn't touch it, even if someone told me it would double.

what is the most I would invest if someone said stock X will double? about $1000 - it's someone else's due diligence, I have zero conviction

The meme rally is a giant exclamation point that caps off what everyone and everything is saying about the economy. Inflation has embedded itself and I’m starting to think only stopping it is a massive 100 bp hike or something crazy like that. Holding rates hasn’t had the effect needed if they really want to see 2% inflation.

Pull up a BROS weekly chart right now and look at this week's bull volume.

This is the beginning of a sustained and strong rally. I'm deploying all of my cash into it today.

Very reminiscent of the high volume weekly bullish candle we saw on COIN back in July 2023.

Fuark. This one seems like it's getting away.... I was hoping for some kind of retracement to $30 or so.... I bought 200 more last week, but still wanted another 300-400 shares. Might just have to be happy with what I got.

I've owned this since nearly it's IPO. Never sold a share. Just keep loading the boat lol. Don't even know what my DCA is anymore.
