I can confirm, I'd only enjoy Stealth after bombing half a gram plus, and in that state I'd enjoy sitting alone in a cave playing with rocks. It's a bunch of Notts students pretending they are "edgy", "dancing" around to music they "enjoy". I can't work out if the sober people there have managed to convince themselves that they like it or if they're really just there to be "cool". Do not see the appeal at all.

At a typical commercial/uni gym, how many do you think are juicing?
Last year I would have probably thought very, very few but now from this thread, talking to friends and generally learning more about it my answer has changed a lot. I was talking to a friend who trains at my old uni gym and he said he knows personally 10 people there who are going on similar cycles. They're rather clueless about what they're taking but still.
Without a shadow of a doubt I can say I'm stronger and look better than most, if not all, of those 10 people. Not that you need to get to a certain level to take (well, that's not strictly true) but I guess this is why I get questioned about my nattiness. And this post also isn't about me bragging that I'm strong or look good.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

^dont do any of that flipping stuff or no hands stuff until you get good at it.
-keep it simple, light weight, start off with 5kg
light weight, high reps, sumduge form is the way forward as you can easily snap up ****
i did manage to gain 1", need to get it back.
Although you cant buy stock shirts, I was wearing a 16.5'' shirt with 15'' arms and it looked like a parachute on me.

Thanks, appreciate the response.
Have been focusing more on changing my training up and diet has become 'slightly' more strict, still not really counting macros that much and being quite lenient around xmas. New year I am going to start a nice cut which I am looking forward to, will hopefully see the physique come on alot more feb-march. Just enjoying training more the past few months since changing gym to be honest.Current Lifts - B 140kg x 5| S 185kg x 3 | D 200kg x 6 | Front S 130kg x 5 |

I go to Pure Gym no one there looks like they lift. The Brum one I go to has a few peeps who are clearly on gear and they go hard as **** when I see em there. When I'm in Stoke srs seen 2 guys that look like they lift properly. There were two other guys at the uni gym last year who were on gear, saw one of them at the other gym and the guy looked like he lost 20 pounds of lean mass. Also saw this monster not too long ago, told my roommate "sucks you can only look like that on geat but fair play to to the guy". Roommate starts the whole "that's possible natty" stuff even though the guy was like 5'8 and probably 220 @ <10% bf

I'd probably go stab him. However, you asked for a spot on squat. Why did you do that?
And btw, I didn't mean obviously juicing. Obviously if you see some massive dude who is really lean there's a 99.999999% chance he is on. I meant more that I realised quite a lot are on when they don't even look like they are. Of course you don't go on and turn into Ronnie Coleman but you get my point.
Edit: I've become addicted to bagels. Only recently started buying them regularly and they're awesome.Last edited by michael_xyz; 12-22-2013 at 08:38 AM.
