1 egg or more egg whites
225g Cauliflower
80~100g FF grated mozzarella or parmesan
some herbs
just it
make sure to remove all the water from cauliflower before mixing
make sure to bake the crust on 225 celsius(something like 450 fahrenhei iirc) for 10~15 mins before adding the toppings*Hollywood's rabid cage crew*

Well since anurag aint posting the recipe, you could use this one:
Oatmeal Cookies:
1 stick butter, room temperature ( could replace with apple sauce or any other pureed fruits/veggies and cream cheese/quark/blended cottage cheese)
3/4 cup brown sugar ( could replace with sweetner)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 /2 teaspoon cinnamon
1.Cream together the butter(see above) and brown sugar(see above) until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
2.Add the egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Slowly add the to the butter mixture. Mix until just combined.
3.Use an ice cream scoop to drop dough balls on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. If you do not have an ice cream scoop, make them into 1 tablespoon sized balls.
4.Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool completely on a cooling rack.
5.Make the filling ( Could be anything, protein sludge, cream cheese, quark.... use your imagination)
6.Add a scoop of filling to half of the cookies.
7.Add another cookie to the top and there you have an oatmeal cream pie.
There you go.
