Mincemeat cheesecake that I made for the big meal I had with my family before I move to France.
(not sure if you get mincemeat outside the UK, so to avoid any misunderstandings I'd like to make clear that there's no meat involved; it's a mix of dried fruits, suet, zest, spices and brandy normally eaten around Christmas time).
