I tried the Boston Ale in bottles and the Boston Lager on tap at the restaurant.

So, I signed up for a free consult with a dietician through work. Since it's scheduled for Wednesday, they sent me some stuff today to review prior.

On their "tip sheet" amongst things like "eat more vegetables!" there's a section on protein for which it says: "Daily Goal: 6 oz of protein or less"

There was a Meijer right beside our hotel. I envy Muricans because a.) You can buy beer/wine/liquor at the same place you can buy your groceries. b.) The price of beer/wine/liquor is about half of what I pay here and c.) I could spend hours in the beer section. d.) They bag your groceries for you, and you don't have to pay for bags.

You also have a lot more varieties of many foods.

The beer/wine/liquor laws here in the US and A vary quite a bit from state to state. There are plenty of states where grocery stores don't sell beer.

Really? I did not know this. We have to purchase beer at a Beer Store, and liquor at a Liquor Store in Ontario. We can buy beer at the liquor store as well. The selection of beer is very limited. Which is why I usually have to get my Dad to pick different stuff up while visiting the US. We do have some good Canadian brewed beers, too. Most of them being regional, which sucks.
