Trying to get over my incident from last week and drinking lots of water. I'm finally feeling more normal, but I seem to be carrying a couple of pounds of pure water bloat. Uhhhhhhh, I can't remember... if you're retaining water like that, does that mean you should drink MORE or LESS? I think my body is just kind of pissed at me right now.

Ah, thanks, girly. You are right for sure... it just sucks sometimes if I let it get to me in moments of weakness. I do find solace in knowing I treat my body right, though, when I hear about my (mostly underage) co-workers getting "smashed" at bars the night before... lulz.

& take solace knowing.. there are a lot of cons to friends as well. I know sometimes they aren't enough when you're feeling lonely & think you could look past them.. but the cons do exist. Brb backstabbing.. brb drama.. brb rain on your parade if you're in a relationship& they're single.

I wish people would realise that no relationship that was born out of deceit, lies, infidelity or desperation will ever work.. Ashes to ashes.. life is a cycle & things always return to their roots. Karma might not exist but history has a way of repeating itself and old habits die hard.. no matter how much you love someone, no matter how precious a treasure is.. if it is ill gotten, it will be snatched away and rightfully so. And all you can do is try & avoid making the same mistake again.

i dont know what the reason could be, but they removed the 2.5 lbs weights from my gym completely..so instead of increasing my front squat by 5 lbs, i jumped up 10
first set 4 reps, second set 5, third set with less weight 8 reps atg

Get out and meet people. You do not need to be in a meeting type setting. Some of my best friends are my neighbors.

I have all kinds of different friends. Some drink, some don't, some go to church, some don't believe in God, some have kids, some don't. I accept them for how they are even if they aren't exactly like me. None of them go to the gym and that does not bother me.

If I go out with friends that drink and I want to go to the gym the next day I just don't drink. No one cares if I do not drink. They accept how I am. That's a friend.
