That is true too...didn't consider the hacking bit. But yea, definitely thought provoking. If you're interested, there is a more 'full' video below. My man is working until the morning so looks like I'm about to be up allll night terrorizing myself with conspiracy theories.

Ive read around online over the past couple o' years. A lot of guys have said they had next to zero gains when they were diagnosed with low testosterone levels and that any gains were very miniscule. They said sex drive was next to nothing, recovery would sometimes take a week and had low motivation for many things.

This time next year Moore is going to be strolling the Tampa beaches, all jacked, and kicking sand in the faces of nerds and 150 lb twinks.

Just sent wife to gym with a variant of Allpros Beginner routine loaded up in JEFIT on her phone. Replaced squats, bench, SLDL, and OHP with machines until she can get some instruction by either me or a good trainer.

Well, if you count kettle bells as iron. I'm doing Olympic lifts with them right now...which I love because there is a much smaller learning curve compared to barbells. Anyways, all the swings, cleans, presses, and snatches do nasty things to your hands after a while!
On another note, there is a common claim in the community that barbell lifts will directly increase even though using solely kettle bells. Going to test this claim out in a month or so.
Good call...and that's great that you got her to lift!

Dunno why people get so butthurt when they cant talk about that stuff on the forum and defend their view on it even when they are wrong. If someone wants to do that, then do it but dont discuss it on a BODYBUILDING forum. Im on a car forum and all these guys want to talk about guns and politics in a car subforum....

Wouldn't bother me in the slightest. As long as they don't look like a man, especially in the face (and it's probably a combo of drug and uber-low body-fat with pro women bbers), I kinda like some muscle. Progeny could then pick up big-ass war-hammers and smite all our enemies. Her rack has to be as fake as a three-dollar bill, but I guess if it's already paid for...

Lean bulk I guess..I want to be 220 by Dec 31st; So given I got 11 months left, that's about 3lbs a month, roughly .75lb/week.
Decided I wanna be shredded for the summer, but gonna skip this summer so I can really get huge and then shred up for next summer. It's really gonna suck not being semi ripped at the beach this year..I usually walk around the beach fairly lean..dunno how much I'm gonna be takin my shirt of this summer lolwww.grazethesky.com

My goal as well, might do a quick summer cut if im getting too fat. Since a total newbie should be able to gain 20-24lbs of lean mass a year it should be doable with them viking genetics. Unless the lovely headaches start acting up, oh the thrill of having that hanging over one constantly!
Already up 9 lbs since starting bulk so nearly there! Well actually since its pretty much just water gained im aiming from 30lbs starting now
