its too late, all teens and adults are too familar with imperial and would be too hard to adapt. If you would want to swith, we would need both systems at the same time, (put imperial in parathesis) and teach kids just metric. We would have to wait 8- years until those familar with our system to die, but I think its too late for that big of a change

If I were preparing the 4th of July spread, Id have the standard dogs, burgers and chicken. Then I'd set up a toppings bar (mustard, ketchup, relish, pickles, diced onions, fried onions and peppers, chili, salsa, shredded cheese, sliced cheese, bbq sauce, buffalo sauce, parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes). For sides Id do grilled corn, baked beans and for dessert red and blue jello with white whipped cream, then vanilla, strawberry, and black raspberry ice cream.
Little change of routine after following the same program for quite awhile. I will be doing a form of squats every workout but limited leg accessory work other than that.
