Best Overall Ephedra Free Fat Burner?

I've been using "Burn" by True Nutrition and it has been working great. Non-thermo, no ephedra. Green tea extract, caffeine, cayenne pepper, yohimbine, b-5. Its worked great for me with no side effects. Pretty cheaply priced as far as fat burners go also.

What about Green Tea Caps? I have an easily jittered heart and have had to compeltely cut out coffee. I can only stand up to 3 16oz mugs of tea a day and I feel like the Green Tea caps would be the only fat burner I'd feel safe taking.

Anyone have experience with these or are in the same boat as me and have suggetions?

I liked Anadrox......main reason it didnt have yohimbe in it. My anxiety goes thru the roof when I take yohimbe. U gotta take 4 pills at a time but they're not big and easy to swallow plus didnt give me that methed out feeling.

Taking creatine on a cut is a good thing. Creatine doesn't make you hold water weight, and even if it did, who cares? Are you concerned with your weight on the scale, or your body fat %. You should be concerned with body fat %, in which case water weight is irrelevant.

Right now I am concerned about the weight on the scale. I have put on some pounds on the off season so I need to lose weight then just gain a lot of muscle.

Also I cant truly decide on a fat burner. Right now I am leaning toward Lipo 6 black but I also see all of these other great options. Like Animal Cuts and Hydroxycut Elite. I did try a sample of both Hydroxycut and reduction. I didnt feel anything from the hydroxycut or the reduction. I also really hated the flavor of reduction, I almost puked after taking it. If anyone can chime in and give me good honest reviews other than this product rocks it would be helpful!

Food.

OEP was pretty intense the first week as far as hunger suppression went, not a single craving was had. Gets dulled down after that though. I'd recommend a cup of black coffee(I cheat and put a packet of Splenda) or green tea.

My vote would go to lipodrene, worst jitters though.

I remember when I first made my order here at BB, I got a free sample of TSN Xat-7. It gave me a very nice energy rush and the appetite suppression was amazing. I then started doing research on fat burners, in conclusion I got Hydroxycut hardcore elite since it had one of the highest ratings and really nice reviews. I shouldn't have went with this since HHE was a big disappointment. I felt little to no energy, felt like I was taking CLA, which I also tried before trying HHE. I am going to order TSN xat-7 since it had what I wanted. Should have went with that from the beginning. I have about ~80 capsules remaining in HHE. Willing to give it away if anyone is interested. roxylean making you throw up? Odd, I haven't felt anything from it except the niacin flush, which is fine with me. I'm still hungry as hell so it doesn't do much to suppress appetite. Also don't feel any extra energy from it. But I'm only on my third day of it right now. Hard to say how effective it'll be yet. Definitely going to try out OEP next time.
