I added roughly about a pound of lbm per week during about a 6 week bulk (25lb total). I certainly wouldn't call 2.84 lb per week "impossible". Especially considering I had been lifting for a while and this guy looks like a n00b in teh before pix.
I miss the eating but the bloat was fukkin disgusting.

Actually it doesn't, we don't care what anyone thinks, hence why we just lift and eat and don't give two shiits about "aesthetics". I have been down to 185 and didn't care much for it, felt scrawny, so over the past year I have bulked to 227 at my highest.
Bigmane for instance, has achieved something in 2-3 years that you are still working on and probably will be for the next 5 years, because you are "clean bulking".
Who is that one power lifter that got injured, then went on a cut and turned out beast as ****? Then everyone sucked his dick from what I remember.
See... there are professional powerlifters and people who train to be powerlifters. People don't train to be a professional "aesthetically pleasing" person. You are either a mutant aka bodybuilder, a powerlifter aka obese fatass that can't control his diet (as you morons say) or a scrawny ******* aka wannabe underwear model. (these are the *******s that start the flame wars due to insecurities unknown)

lyle knows his stuff. I dieted down to crazy low fat with UD2 but im too old for that **** now
i used to post on his forums, he gave me "do not feed the troll" as a custom title lol
and there was a fascinating guys journal on there, called aka23/aka32 or something. He had no emotions it was honestly like reading spocks diary. At one point he was reviewing rollercoasters and it was pure comedy gold

Lots of people train to be "aesthetically pleasing" if that is what you want to call having high lean muscle mass and being low in fat. Look at actors, fitness models, pro athletes. Yes believe it or not some of us prefer that to the powerlifter look.

its a body recomposition diet, but one where you can take it down to like 5% and not fuk up your hormones. So you lose fat/gain muscle
basically you deplete all glycogen from your muscles (the hardest work-out known to man i swear to god), then do other **** but basically it relies on an anabolic rebound phenomena from glycogen super-compensation after the huge carb-up you do at the end of each weekly cycle
its an amazing, clever diet but the depletion workouts are for the hardcorest of the hardcore
