Still having some pretty crazy back issues that started two days ago. It happens from time to time - I have had back issues all my life and the weight I have now certain exacerbates it. So I'll take a couple days off and just keep working away at the diet and everything else. 12 business days until my first trade show of the season and so much to do.

Does anyone have the Discovery Fit & Health channel? Shows like Freaky Eaters makes the foods featured in there almost repulsive. :/

What-ever. You are going to end up looking MUCH better than that. You are on the right track. It's just a matter of time and you're young enough that the amount of time that it's going to take is very small in relation to the amount of time that you've got left in that body. Just be consistent and patient and keep moving.

i'd hit it haha
anywho, had myself a nice 1900 cal day today, lots and lots and lots of protein, hit the gym hard doin biceps and chest ( a combo i usually never do together ) and got a solid 20 minutes of cardio in while watching the Mets lose (a$$holes), took a shower and weighed myself.... 233.4. This is after eating a HUGE dinner which consisted of 2 servings of veggie pasta, 8oz diced shoulder steak with grilled onions and green peppers, a whole steam fresh bag of broccoli, and a liter of water (i started using that Mio stuff in water since i get bored quickly....and OMFG so good!!!! try out the peach tea....its amazing). When i weigh myself in the AM after taking my morning #2, i should be back into the 220s.White Blood 2.0 Log - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141970231 COMPLETED

Today I bought new workout pants...the old ones were falling off. The old ones are XXL (20) and the new ones are....drum roll please......L (12-14). Can you believe it?! I've only lost 4 freakin' pounds (for this comp), but there is a huge difference in my body.
Also, saturday when me, hubby and his brother went out I was whining about having to wear my uncomfortable pants (My jeans that had no stretch and were a little tight) because I couldn't find my stretchy jeans, but I put them on and when I pulled them up they slipped right on without me having to unbutton or unzip them. It was like I was wearing sweat pants.Hi, I'm Crystal :)

hit the gym for a quick, fast paced workout (had an errand to do for hubby)
I hit a new PR with squats 3 sets of 5 with 125 lbs
bench 3 sets of 5 with 70 lbs
weighted glute bridges 3 sets of 6 with 135
low row cables 3 sets of 5 with 55 lbs
leg press 3 sets of 5 with 180
barbell curls with 30 lbs 3 sets of 6,5,4
cardio 15 min on 5 and 7 degree incline at 3.3 speed.
feel great, got my endorphin buzz going.....cramp in my hammy about an hour after I left gym...ouch...gotta work that out.
hope everyone has a great day!Last edited by PunkyCindy; 04-11-2012 at 08:29 AM.
