    Another minute later I finally catch my breath and not feel all light headed anymore. And then I start thinking to myself.... some woman stops her workout and takes off her headphones to come talk to me and I come back with a retarded response of....uh..i'm trying to work my butt....

    Major fail. LOL

    But if anyone catches me that 30sec before and after a set...I'm completely in another zone. I don't know what's going on around me and my brain is useless and can't think.

    -DB lunges
    - sitting calf raises followed by weighted shin raises

    Decent workout but feels bad can only ATG 205 today.

    Great work schmack! Careful on toes out hacks...If you are like me who has potential to pop knee out of socket (double jointed), doing toes out and toes in exercises can loosen that joint and pop it out of socket one day...Cost me around almost $3K thus far.

    Yikes! Yeah I did the toes really pointed out on first rep then felt strain on knees, pointed inwards more and all was good. Thx for tip bro

    No problem bro, if I do "toes out/toes in" it usually just around 20 degrees from straight angle just enough to trigger that muscle.

    on hacks do what makes you feel comfortable because it varies with everyone like shoulder width a apart personally i hate hacks but do them any way.. isolates the quads.
