This actually refutes tonnage being the main factor. The number of setsxrepsxweight is less important than setsxeffort.
To explain, if you can lift 3x10x225 @RPE 9, you lifted 6750lbs. BUT, if you lifted 3x3x305 @ RPE 9, you lifted 2745lbs. The studies show that the results of these two set/rep protocols introduced the same levels of hypertrophy, even though the tonnage of the second lifter was far lower than the first.

Has anyone gotten an InBody230 exam? I just got one and it said I was 11.9% BF. There is NO FUCKING WAY I am 12% BF and doubt I'm under 15% tbh

pls respondMFW cheeks are sunken in a bit and jawline is razor sharp. So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

Oh, nothing's wrong with it. See it bases your bodyfat on what the public perceives it to be, not reality.
So if you're 15%, the average sloot thinks you're a shredded 11% bf sick kent.
To be single digits to the public, you have to have abs and a few veins here and there (predominately on your arms).

**** working all summer and have like 1 day off to show off gainz during the week....no time for anyone to mire.Back on the grind though after the last ****ty 2 weeks....decided that i cannot smoke and cut so i quit that ****...since it makes me automatically go into binge mode.Pumps have been insane good in the gym, i don't know about you guys but i literally get twice as big on a pump lol....maybe its do to good blood flow?

dude tell me about, trying to get to 170 to end the cut, was at 176 a week ago and then the binges started...now i am focused again but **** this fat just doesn't want to move....i think cardio is the key for the last remaining fat....thing is i work a labour job 8 hours a day....i barley make it to the gym....let alone do cardio after.

Going below 195 my body fights me hard AF. Going for 185 shredded tho. That's the goal.
I don't ever binge anymore per say. I'll do a cheat meal or weekly refeeds but I don't eat uncontrollably now like I used to.
Yeah weekends are tough. If I ever do go over cals it's on the weekends.
