What's the best way for a guy to cold approach a girl?

Make eye contact first.. If she makes it back.. Smile.. If she smiles back, you're pretty sweet from there on in.. Can even repeat once more to be sure/build the tension a little.. I think a lot of women would become more comfortable in a LTR and therefore more likely to explore their sexuality. A lot of women get caught up in playing the "good girl" because they don't want to be viewed as slooty. Guys don't want to wife sloots so they play the part they think they should.
