275 Flat Bench for one, touch my chest with a pause. No extreme arc, butt on pad, etc...
Couldn't even do 135 for one a year ago

Getting stronger...slowly but surely.
255x3 BB Bench Press ( I did 5 but I feel my spotter helped me a liiitle bit on my last 2 so don't count)
85x5 DB Shoulder Press
5'7 161lbs (finally broke into the 160's. clean bulking ATM)

So yesterday I made a new dl pr of 335lbs, after having pulled 315 for a triple.
Big deal for me, because about 6 months ago I had a pretty bad back injury that put me out of training for a month, and meant i had to almost completely deload.
It has taken me this long to get past where i was before, but my form is better and i feel better.
So don't let any setbacks get in your way guys, keep workin hard and the gains will come!

I did the 135lb dumbell on 1 arm rows today on my last set of 6reps in my back workout.. Feels good.. Hit 135lb barbell curls for 6 reps last week on the bicep workout with good form which was a goal of mine.. I have not got any heavier dumbells, next week on my back workout I guess I will jerk out the duck tape and tape some plate weights on the ends lol

Saturday was all about smashing PR's on legs
Went from
Squat - 340lb x 1 to 382.5lb x 1
Front Squat - 270lb x 1 to 315 x 1
Leg Press - 1125lb x 4 to 1215lb x 4
Straight Leg deadlift - 225lb x 4 to 315lb x 4
Jump Squats - 135lb x 4 to 225lb x 1
Finished up with 20min on the crosstrainer....
Almost through up afterwards, and almost passed out after squats....
Its Monday now, my legs are aching so bad I can barely walk, but I am loving the thought of
this upcoming saturday where Im gna try to push heavier!!!!!! Yeah Baby!Bench - 315lb
Squat - 405lb
Deadlift - 506lb
