Whats up Juggernauts. I've been occupied with some things and was a little bored and not enjoying all the logging time. Been working hard on launching my website. That has been my top priority so I have slacked off on the logs.

Hope everyone is doing well. I've only got a few weeks left in the challenge so I will finish it out. My 3rd thing of juggernaut is on its way and I'm going to give phenyl core a try.

Workouts have been less consistent due to a busy schedule. Back in the routine now. Good week of workouts! today was tough. Workout with class at 6 am, then 40 min chest workout. Another workout with class at 9am then 4 sets of 3-5 muscle ups for practice. Getting better at them.

Diet has been less strict than while cutting but not bad at all. This week has been pretty much perfect other than ice cream as a treat one day.

Tomorrow I'm doing my first free outdoor run/exercise group. We meet near the Biscayne Bay causeway and do body weight exercises, running, and bridge running. Expecting a good turnout based on interest. I'm looking forward to it. With this group I am honoring people who take health and fitness seriously and discriminating against those who don't. My run group is for fit people only. We will be the hottest group of men and women in one place in Miami tomorrow.

Only been able to get a couple boxing workouts in but I have really been liking it. I got busy at work lately so I have scheduled in boxing time for next week so I don't miss it.

    Juggernaut’s Performance on 09/30/11
Mixability 10/10 - Always mixes great
Taste 10/10 - Rasp lemonade is great. Got orange on the way
Energy 9/10 - Took it at 5:20 so it had its work cut out
Focus 9/10 - Good, got into the class workout quickly. Laud music and Juggernaut mix well
Pump 10/10 - Great pump especially with the high reps in class
Thoughts on Infinite Labs Juggernaut -I really love juggernaut on Fridays. It's a very early day with 2-3 workouts because I lead to exercise classes. Today I had so much energy following the 6 am workout, and I had a client cancellation, that I decided to pump out a 40 min chest workout.

I haven't tried any of the Infinite Labs products so I'm very excited to get them. I ordered juggernaut and massport today but I want to begin my log now. I have never done a log before so I think this will be fun.

I'm starting in the sense that I'm joining this contest but as a juggernaut in the making there is no clear beginning and there certainty is no end. This is a way of life, a passion, and a journey that knows no limits and cannot be stopped. For me being a juggernaut means overcoming any obstacles on the quest to constantly better yourself.

After quickly looking over some of the recent logs I can already see a great sense of camaraderie and drive so I'm really excited to be a part of it.

I am 31 and began working out regularly in 2005 while in flight school. Soon after I went through some challenging situations and accidentally got a job as a personal trainer in Orlando FL. It was never meant to be a career but I ended up loving it and making it my professional focus. I have experimented with lots of training methods and my main challenge has always been gaining muscle. I'm 6'3'' with long limbs and couldn't gain any weight until I was 25 and got kind of fat. I've been up and down and in the last 6 months I have managed to get to where I am happy. Not satisfied, but confident in the direction I'm going. My training business is now pretty successful and I've had the opportunity to positively influence lots of people.

As a trainer and a trainee I study and experiment with as many styles of training as possible to see what works and to see what I enjoy.

My 12 week contest log should be interesting because I'm picking up at an unusual spot. In less than 4 weeks I am doing a photo shoot for my website which I will be launching soon. (I'm not a model or a fitness competitor. My brother is a new photographer and is taking some shots to go on my site). As a trainer I think it's important to live what you teach so naturally I want to be in the best shape I can for this. I'm at 8.6% BF right now and I am doing a 4 week countdown type preparation for the shoot. After that I will be focusing on gaining as much muscle as I can while keeping BF below 10%. I'm hoping some of you will have some good advices on how to take advantage of coming off pre contest type diet and trying to put on muscle. I am new to this type of training focus and welcome any feedback.

I am here to learn, support, improve, and of course win.

I have to go to work now so I will post my diet and training at around 9pm tonight.
Keep up the great work it is showing!!!!

I think you went into some very old (abandoned) logs. This one hasn't been updated since 2011.
