Anyone like sours? Never tried one so figured I should. Picked up singles of Petrus Aged Pale and Monk's Cafe.

Monks Cafe is the true beginners sour. Not really amazing, but its not really that sour, at least when I had it. It is also pasteurized. Its good.
Now Petrus is the real deal. Its really funky and nicely tart. Expect some slight vinegar in there too, it's not a flaw. You are going to need to ease yourself into the true sours like you would with IPAs and hop bitterness. The acidity is a weird mouthfeel at first.
Get yourself some La Folie next year.[IIFYM]

Zombie dust is good stuff. Smells kind of boozy but maybe that's just the grassy nodes. Very drinkable.

First. wtf that cork, could it be in there any harder?! Looks amazing after the pour, cloudy gold but i can see through it barely.
head was insanely huge, even with a careful pour. It doesnt dissapate either.
smells really sweet, maybe honey and tiny citrus
The spice is mellow but up front
There is a TINY touch of the banana ester
Im getting a breadiness that isnt sweet like i usually apply the term to at the end. after no sips for a little while it leaves a citrus note.
Alcohol is covered well
Feels gud in my mouf
Over all id say a great beer, but they didnt push any boudries really. It is safe and awesome.
On a side note, this beer converts to pure foam upon spilling on sweat pants. just a side note.
Also, the glass i used still has head in it. mmm that good yea🎄⛄🎄In🎄⛄🎄

Hold the phone, you haven't had La Fin before tonight? What have you been doing with your life son I had a 12 ounce from a 4 pack just now. If i was going to die in an apocalypse, a Tripel would be my beer of choice.
I have never had any problems with Unibroue corks, other than some really old bottles(Anniversary 15/16/17; and some other random ones) that seemed to glue themselves to the bottle. Twist and POP[IIFYM]

If you can find Santa's Little Helper, grab it, but St. B Xmas is equally extreme.
