how long have you been sick? you know the duration of a cold virus and if it has been longer than say 7 days than its something more serious young lady...I am all for letting the body heal itself but there is a reason we have modern medicine .....tap tap tapping my foot in mama fashion

I have given up alcohol for months at a time. My friends get it....I just dont tell anyone else because they probably wouldn't. Thankfully I'm not into getting too lean so I dont give up the booze too often

UP the stairs is the norm for me, good thing my house is only 1 story!
My resident mates are the ones that give me the most flack because they like to drink the most. About once a week they go to happy hour or a brewery or something, and they tell me I'm lame. It is what it is.
