Currently making my shopping list while watching Chewning/Michael Kory vids for ideas. Makes being hungry a little more tolerable. 10 hours till french toast sticks and chocolate milk.

Edit: Cottage cheese ideas? The only use I found for it was adding it to eggs and making them nice and cheesy. Not a fan of it plain.

Had my last 260 calorie left. I had to eat food I didn't really wanna eat just to hit my proton macros because I goofed and spent 1k calories on whole milk and cereal lol.

Anyways, had 260 calories left. Grabbed a White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cliff Bar. Chewed it super slowly, savoring every second, knowing I have no calories left

Thanks yoda. Not sure what's going to happen next week as far as the gym situation goes. Probably going to end up mainly doing cardio unless I can find a gym near the hotel. One of the guys I'm traveling with works out even more than I do so I'm sure he'll be looking for one too though.

New low 201 lbs. Going to kick ass this weekend as much as possible since I'll be on the road next week at a conference. Hotel probably has a chit gym but I guess I'll see.

Das it! Into the 19X's, soon.jpg - will I be back in the 21Xs today? I pooped today, so that's a good sign

Also, why did I stay up until 4 AM watching Cold Mountain. Looolol - 4 hours of sleep, das it for squats + 10 miles of cycling (ty Auxe)

I do, I found it definitely helps when cutting (to get sufficient nutrients to your muscles) although it isn't exactly necessary (as long as you're eating right).

If you have the money, go for it, if not, don't worry about it.

I've read that as long as you aren't training fasted, and you are getting in enough protein during the day, you get enough amino acids from your diet and BCAA supplementation doesn't really help. I'm no geologist, though, so IDK

This pretty much exactly. Just got some for this last month since I train fasted and now am doing like 3-4 days low carb to every mid-high carb day. Bcaas definitely helping a bit. Would not pay for if not deep into cut or if you have spare cash and just want to buy some

Do you guys have anything like craigslist there? Around here depending on the region, you can find some pretty sweet deals on craigslist.
