Had an hour to kill yesterday so decided to do an afternoon arms session after my big back session that morning!
All exercises performed with 100% intensity and concentration..2 sec up, pause, 2 seconds down...CRAZY BURN!

Far out these last two arm sessions have been crazy intensity...throwing weight out the window and really worrying bout hitting the muscle properly!
5 more weeks until the off season before my upper/lower workouts begin

Yeah they're good man, although I reakon they make my calves cramp hard! So I'm gonna put them on hold until my season is over.
Nah I just do what's called a power clean...I don't hardly drop down under it at all man..(im just a rookie n haven't had a coach so I don't wanna get too technical)
Had footy training and really busted my ass in hopes they put me in the seniors again this week mancross ur fingers for me haha.
