It all depends where it was sitting in your laundry basket. If it was on top of dirty socks and panties, I might have a problem with this.

I dress like that occasionally. Most of the time because I have my own gym, I'll even go completely topless on occasion (Its a private gym)

The reason? If it's in the 80's and boiling hot my last leg session looked like this.

Squats 5x10 With a widow set of 20 reps straight after the last set 1 minute break between sets. No break between the widow set.

Single leg squats 3x20, Box jumps 2x25

Leg curls 5x20

Then I did some prowler pushes.

I did a ton of volume in an hour. To feel comfortable I ended up going "topless" If i'd be in a publicy gym "boy" or booty shorts and a sports bra might have been what I wore.

If someone looks do I give a ****? No. if they want to look and enjoy it good on them I can't complain if it's out there nor would I.

But it was entirely to feel comfortable. I see guys take off their ****ing tops in the gym all the time and usually unlike the women the guys leave the bench press or whatever ****ing covered in sweat.

I don't personally wear such to the gym, but certainly can see how one might be more comfortable in the smaller attire. I don't own boy shorts for the gym but do need some new shorts soon as the boy basketball shorts fall off if i attempt to wear them anymore beyond bedtime. And while my stomach is too fluffy, I will admit that last time when I wore the tight sleeveless shirt, it was so much more comfortable for lifting. It was nice not having all of the shirt material over my shoulders and near my neck. Sure, stomach sticks out some and when I do any lifting that involves bending over, cleavage might show, but eh, I'm learning not to care so can focus on lifting heavier. Won't be wearing just a sports bra for a long time still, but maybe some day.

In fact, at the commercial gym I go to right now, I haven't really seen anyone in just a sports bra and boy shorts. Tight spandex pants, sure, but maybe in summer that will change. I do, however, often get the shirtless guy display as there is a group of guys that goes almost every night (or we have a similar lifting schedule) and one of them has to take his shirt off for many lifts. Deadlift, rack pulls, cables, dumbbells, machines... One of his friends also takes off his shirt on occasion, but most of the time it's just the one guy. On occasion another is taking pictures or they stand for a while and chat in front of the mirrors. I'm still not quite sure what is going on there some of the time.

Yep! When me and my sisters were teenagers, my Mum used to say that we never put our washing in the hamper because we hoped that if we left it long enough it would drag itself to the washing machine.

So this happened last night. I work out in a SUPER crowded gym. I'm not kidding when I say that there can be a few hundred people there during peak hour.

I keep my cell phone tucked into the front middle of my sports bra. It covers my teddies and gives me easy access to switch songs...

I was picking up a 40 pound bar off the top rack which is about eye level and turned around to the mirror. Went to lower the bar and it got stuck on my phone.. once the bar was in motion I couldn't really stop it because I was in panic mode.

Bert stares all around as my boobs came out to say hello. Laughed.. put it back.. went downstairs to the women's only gym.

I don't see anything wrong about working out in just a sports bra and pants. If guys or girls look, that's up to them. I am not doing it for attention - it is just what I am most comfortable in. I also don't own any workout shirts. When it gets chilly, I puton a jacket.

Wearing tops will be useless because I tend to over heat quickly - plus extra laundry.

If you don't like what you see, don't look. I'm not trying to wear skimpy clothes to workout, I am just trying to be comfortable. I don't see how it is any different to fitness models wearing just a sports bra and pants? Do people say anything about that? NO!

I do it for comfort, plus I like seeing my own progress in the mirror Mostly when I'm lifting my skin starts getting itchy - I have no idea why, maybe the sweat. Fabric sticking to my skin makes it worse, so it just feels better without anything there. It's a small gym that's open very early and very late, so I try to go at times when it's more likely to be empty because I do feel a bit self-conscious when there are other people around. I'm not quite sure if it's 100% appropriate to dress like this in my gym, but it's a gym...I figure people should feel comfortable and it's not like nobody wears sports bras in the world...

Unless there was something on those shirts from the factory that irritated your skin. There are lots of places that carry sensitive skin/fragrance free detergents, that's where I started when trying to figure out what was causing my man to itch. It didn't totally solve the problem, but it did help. Keeping his skin moisturized also helps. It's sounding though like this is over your entire body, not just the areas that would be covered by clothes? I've heard of people being sensitive to their own sweat, to where they had a burning itch all over their body any time they perspired. That kinda sounds more like what you could be dealing with versus a sensitivity to laundry detergent.
