There's still five good fights on this card:

There are still five good fights between the main card and the prelims, which is three more than they've been putting on Fox cards lately.

Honestly if they would have just put the following on PPV, they'd still have a stacked card:

1. Khabib vs. Iaquinta may be the third string fight, but Iaquinta is legit and he's had a training camp (albeit for Paul Felder).

2. Joanna vs. Rose is a title fight and has a damn good story.

3. Lauzon vs. Gritz is a good fight because every fight Joe Lauzon has ever been in is a good fight. He's one of my top five favorite fighters of all time.

4. Karolina vs. Felice Herrig is headlining FS1 headlining the FS1 prelims. I won't even make the case for Karolina. It's Karolina.

5. Dunham vs. Mercier is a good fight. Dunham may not be a relevant title contender anymore, but he's a hell of a fighter and so is Mercier for that matter.

What's the consensus on how well he will do against Khabab? Will it be a good fight? Def watching, lol'd at 3 pull outs though, is that a new record for most pullouts?

The consensus on Khabib in the MMA community is that no one can touch him. I am sure that extends to Al.

But make no mistake about it, Al I laquinta is a killer. If Khabib smokes him, then my respect for Khabib grows even more.

He's a solid boxer with a background in wrestling. I don't think his wrestling will be enough to stuff Khabib consistently, but he has big punching power. He's a solid challenge for Khabib although I think Khabib will get it done.

No one pulled out, the fights were cancelled because of the results of mcnuggett and his posse the other day. The commission cancelled the fights.

Al is pretty good, heavy hands. Haven't seen him fight in a while but I'd say he's capable of pulling off the upset but not likely. He'd probably be in a lot better place if he didn't have issues with dana for years.

One thing I'll say about the UFC - for all that these fighters say about them, they do put some of these guys in supremely opportunistic positions at the drop of a hat, beefs or no beefs. Ragin' Al is the last person I'd expect to be fighting for a title at this point.

Rodriguez's takedown defense is pretty good but he's not wrestling off the cage enough to get space. When he's in space Clark can't hang very well, tough style match-up for both and they're drained heading into round 3.

WMMA in a nutshell, Evans-Smith can land wheel kicks at will, just doesn't have the athleticism to throw a good one.
