I've decided to get on the Carb Nite diet and drop down to 220lbs. I figured since im living in a place with a kitchen i might as well use it. I can't really keep eating out every day every meal for the next 5 years. Plus its a lot cheaper making my own food anyways. and Im pretty sure im closing in on 30% bodyfat so i thought i should do a 2nd big cut. I did my first cut back in 2009 before i even started lifting. i went from 225 to 176.
i still see myself totalling 1400+ in June. i dont know how much damage the weight loss is going to do to my squat and bench but im still aiming for a 600 deadlift by June. i usually put on a belt once i get to 3 plates cause i injured my back before and i was scared of squatting without a belt. now im gonna put on my belt once i get to around 400
i say that to myself every day...the only reason i still havent squatted 500 is because i wasted a whole year doing something that stopped working for me a long time ago. now that i've nailed down my training, 500 will fall very soon!

last time i weighed myself was a week ago and i was at ~250lbs. its more like a lifestyle change i guess. im gonna really clean up my diet and make my own meals. and if 220 happens then great but if it doesnt then it doesnt. i've eaten way too much crap for the past four months...

i really hope the weights here are not lighter. 319x3 was a BIG PR. i hit 315x2 for a couple sets before the meet but they werent easy. perhaps im just getting stronger

had carbs for dinner tonight...went to this stupid French place and all they had on the menu were some kinda meat on pancakes...tiny portions of meat too. shouldnt be more than 150g of carbs though so i think i won't die. and the Carb Nite diet says you should eat 2 high carb meals every week. im not sure i'll even do that. im planning on keeping my carbs as low as possible every day so i can drop weight faster. if i feel like its affecting my lifting too much then i'll add in some carbs. so for now its gonna be zero carbs every day other than veggies and fruits.

exactly one week into the diet im already seeing some very noticeable difference. my face is looking smaller, my waist is looking tighter and overall im already leaner. i also havent taken creatine in over 2 weeks so that also helped. and since i've cut out all milk products im only crapping 1-2 times per day. usually i would crap up to 6 times per day since i used to drink at least 1L of chocolate milk per day. i also planned out all the meals that i will eat when i get back to canada. its basically gonna be the same shiit almost every day. gonna start cooking and eating like a bodybuilder. might acquire speedo and oil in the near future.

Back in da Great North! God i missed the cold. i still managed to go ultra low carb on the plane lol had no carbs at all other than some pretzels which was only 11g of carbs. only ate the meat and some veggies and threw out the potatoes, bread etc. im proud of myself.
